I booked a limo from the airport to take me and my wife home after an extended vacation. We had a lot of luggage so we needed an SUV. Curt was early, waiting in baggage claim. Great communication -- I had a text when I turned my phone on in the plane. Curt was helpful, friendly and courteous. They provided a sparkling clean Cadillac Escalade. Curt even stopped on the way so we could pickup milk for our morning coffee. Absolute perfection. I highly recommend Bell Limousine.

We booked an SUV limo with Bell Limo/Transportation in Las Vegas more than two weeks in advance specifically because we were traveling with young children, car seats, and several large pieces of luggage. The SUV limo was the only vehicle that would safely accommodate our needs. However, just minutes before our scheduled return trip from the airport, the company downgraded our reservation to a much smaller vehicle--without our consent or proper communication. This caused a chaotic and unsafe situation where our driver had to spend 10-15 minutes trying to dangerously "jerry-rig" our luggage into the vehicle. I've attached a photo to show how unsafe and unprofessional this setup was. To make matters worse, we were charged additional fees for the extra time the driver spent dealing with the luggage--a problem entirely caused by the company's last-minute vehicle change. I've made multiple attempts to speak with a manager to resolve this issue, and each time I've been told someone would call me back. That has never happened. This experience was stressful, unsafe, and completely unacceptable--especially when traveling with small children. I would strongly caution others from relying on this company, especially for family travel or situations where vehicle size and safety matter.

Great service! I received excellent service from the beginning to the end: getting quotes, making reservations, adding on additional time and both service dates. The process was a breeze. Everyone provided great customer service and communicated like a professional. I booked group round trip transportation on 10/17/25 (Mack, driver) and 10/18/25 (Jeff, driver). We had (2) different pickup and drop off schedules on both days. Bell Limo was on schedule, kind and provided excellent charter bus service. They were perfect for our marriage retreat. Although we had 22 people we rented the 31 passenger charter bus for both days for extra space. The bus was clean, on schedule and provided our group great transportation. We used them in 2012 and again this year, 10/2025. If we ever need transportation again I will certainly call Bell Limo! Thanks again for your service!!!

Cant log on to the web site so cant book. Rep says no one can help me. But she can book me a trip. The trip online is 132. vs. with her +15%. WASTE OF TIME ; event pricing for a round trip service to a hotel that the stated even is not even at??? SCAM

Be aware, it's a scam, they charge way more than any other limo company, they will push to take you to a liquor store where they get a kickback of 50 dollars just for the place to turn around and charge you 3x 4x the price, same thing goes for dispensaries, smelly and dusty cars, Ac barely works, Drivers don't care they will rip you off because they only make 25% commission from the base fare, I'm warning you don't use them in vegas they are a joke.

Overcharged after the fact and can't get anyone to respond. I booked and prepaid for an airport transfer last week. Stretch limo quoted at $90 for 1 hour plus fees. Total was $128.37. Flight arrived, we were carry-on, so no wait for luggage. Dropped at hotel all was good. Next day, I get a follow up email receipt showing an additional $25.19. Now it says $90/hour for one hour and fifteen minutes. However the same receipt documents the total time as 56 minutes (10:49 to 11:45). I called Monday and promptly received a call back. The woman said she was going to look into it and would get right back to me. Four days later, I've left numerous messages and have heard nothing back. Kind of ridiculous when their own documentation shows the duration being less than one hour and they still try and charge me more. But more frustrating it the fact that they are just ducking me. Oh, and good luck getting anyone in accounting, you sit on hold for several minutes and then it goes to a general voicemail that never gets answered. Posting here because I see management tends to respond to these reviews. It's my last ditch attempt to get this rectified before I submit a dispute with American Express.

From start to finish Bell was superb!! Our driver, Michael was friendly. Very service-oriented observant to his passengers, and extraordinarily helpful and flexible! We added a trip down the strip and he has able to meet the request with a smile! Texts notifications were sent to keep me apprised of my driver being dispatched and when he was near. Michael also communicated with us to avoid any anxiousness on our part. We had such an amazing evening and the service Michael and Bell Limo only added to the great time of celebration we had!!! THANK YOU!!!

Bad management, use uber at least they will contact you back and pick you up, way cheaper and better service. Had a personal driver with this service and called him to book 4 different places. He picked us up and gave us complimentary beers, champagne or whatever which just adds to the experience of las vegas. The next day he took us to the sphere and I asked for a beer and he said the company no longer allows the drivers to have alcohol so we could have a water or soda. This is where it started to go down hill. He picked us up from the show and took us to our hotel. The next day he texted me and said he can no longer pick us up to take us back to the airport and to call Bell. I called them and kept getting sent to voicemail after voice mail. I talked to one person and then they transfered me to another voice mail. It was unpleasant having to worry about how we were going to get back to the airport. No one ever reached out to me about picking us up so I decided to go Uber. I will never use this company again. They do not care about their returning customers. Uber is cheaper and provides the exact same thing as Bell. Bell won't even give you a complimentary drink to add to your experience. I thought paying extra for great service and scheduling a driver weeks in advance would matter but apparently not. I will not use them again after this and you should not either. They offer more expense for the same shit you get from Uber. Don't use!

It is now August 6th. My reservation was June 20th. My driver took it upon himself to add a 100$tip without my authorization. I caught it immediately. No one has gotten back to me. When they say they'll call me back, crickets. I'm extremely frustrated with this company. Yes Cecelia, this is a legitimate issue. Is there a direct email/contact for you? You've been the only person to reach out. No one in your office has given me a satisfaction, or answers.

This serves as an update to my previous review , management did reach out to me and they rectified the situation, giving me a refund of the $56 dollars that they took due to the garage fee that I was not responsible for. I do appreciate them reaching back out and fixing the situation. If you do decide to use this service, make sure that they do not overcharge you and check for any undisclosed fees.
