Waited about 5 minutes for a table on a Friday night the night we checked in. Super comfy chairs/sofas to hang out, have a chat, and a couple solid drinks. Truly a must try if you're visiting at the Fontainebleau. Staff very attentive. I usually go for an espresso martini. Cocktail drinks were ~$21 each and very good. My favorite was 'The Stranger.'

Eve was an absolute gem and one of the highlights of my stay at the hotel. Poolside service ends at 4, but the bar is open until 6. She went above and beyond to ensure our experience was top notch, even though we arrived later in the day.
