New security guard isn't professional raising her voice at people making it a self entertainment thing. Saying dirty things with co workers allowing people to say racist things about white people I'm white and i feel uncomfortable and sad whose gonna care idk... This is the northern bus terminal located of course on Bonneville. It's a really nice facility. Very big, and there's so many bus lines from this. Convenient to the downtown. So many routes to choose from. It is a really new building. It's very clean and that includes the bathrooms, which is shocking. The inside of the terminal is very large, and can handle hundreds of passengers. Employees here are something else. They seem to be mostly unfriendly. It may be because of all the traffic constantly pouring in. There's a number of lines that stop at this terminal. Many will take you all over the city. The 108, Deuce, and SDX make stops. It has several things that are pretty useful. A RTC ticket machine is inside the lobby. There's also large maps of the bus system at each bay, so you can easily find the correct route for you.

Never on time for anything, just assume on arriving way after when your supposed to be there! This transit system is honestly horrible and yeah the drivers are always rude and they don't respect anyone on the bus it's public but your better off getting a ride from someone

This is the main bus station in Las Vegas downtown. Decided to leave the motorcycle at home, since drinking and took the SDX which goes down Las Vegas Blvd 24/7. It is safer and with all kinds of traffic on the road currently it is a blessing. The bus station has plenty of security which are both guards and police keeping everyone in line and to answer any kinds of questions. There is also security when going into the bathroom so one is safe there too. I am a local here in LV so if you purchase tickets off the strip then one can purchase an all day pass for adults and children for 5.00. This pass is good for 24 hour period. So save that pass if one purchases one they are good the next day. The station here is open 24 hours so a plus if need use restroom on the bus too.

Decided to gift myself a senior discount card, so I can ride the Deuce on the strip for a much lower price when visiting Vegas. Had some time about noon. One person soon joined by a second were attending the office. The whole process took between 10 and 15 minutes. The facility was clean, in good repair and security was visible. Central hub for the city bus system. I asked about the Amtrak bus and was informed it stops across the street.

I visit this center several times a month. I'm glad they have the rtc officers. They keep the area safe from those that have mental issues.

Supposed to be open 24 hours . Well if that's the case then why not have some vending machines outside with water ? They have security. Not to mention the machines that are inside don't have water half of the time . The bathroom is closed most of the time . This is one of those situations where they do the very bare minimum. Yes there is security but everything else is non existent. I mean how hard is it to keep water in your vending machines when you're in the middle of the desert ?!

I hate hate hate this bus transit system. The drivers are dumb af. They do not know their routes. Been standing here waiting for this 214 bus and it NEVER CAME. Just yesterday i was on the h street bus and the driver drove past the street he was supposed to turn on. I asked the driver today if he was going to the dtc he says yes and then takes me to a whole different direction. Do your drivers not know the routes, or directions?
