This play place is absolutely fantastic! A true heaven for kids ! It's the perfect spot for kids of all ages, with plenty of fun play structures ,designed for both younger and older children. This place is family-owned and cared for very much; you can feel a lot of heart and soul here. The entire facility is very clean, well-kept, and the staff is very friendly. The staff are very attentive,when it comes to safety.They're excellent at monitoring the entrances and exits, you can tell they truly care about creating a secure and fun environment. The pass is all day for $18 - you can leave and come back. Must wear socks. There's also an unlimited membership for $75. The facility has 2 bounce houses and a giant play/climb structure, plus one just for ages 4 and under. They have 2 large party rooms, a climbing wall, and a big snack bar with pizza, fries, wings, corn dogs, smoothies and cotton candy -just to name a few. Oh, don't forget the massage chairs and arcade with prizes, air hockey, and even basketball. A little bit of everything for the entire family to enjoy and have fun. It's a great place to burn off some energy and have some fun. If you're looking for a place where your kids can play freely, and stay safe, this is definitely the place to go!

I want to start by saying Bouncy World truly made my daughter's 5th birthday an unforgettable experience! The space was perfect & everything I envisioned for her special day came to life. From the 3-hour private party room, to the ability to stay & play afterward, to a menu that goes beyond just pizza, it was delicious! They truly delivered a full experience. I also loved the flexibility in allowing us to bring a variety of desserts (except candy, which is understandable), plus fruit & veggie platters, that was a huge plus for me. However... there's one policy that nearly ruined my vibe & honestly had me ready to dock a star, the cup policy. I've never experienced anything like it. I called around to several venues prior to booking, just to see if I was crazy & no other establishment enforced such a rigid, almost "policing" approach over cups. It felt as if I was being watched like a hawk for smuggling contraband, all over some damn cups. We spent nearly $2,000 on this party, between them venue, decor, etc, yet I had to sit there and count every cup, write names on them & couldn't even use my own Hello Kitty themed cups because they confiscated them like I was breaking some serious rule (which I was forewarned at the time of booking and by one of my good girlfriends who used their services a year prior, so I was not planning on using them anyway). The HK cups came in a package with the plates, utensils & tablecloths, which I hadn't even opened yet, but the girl was so eager that she asked if she could dig in the my stuff & open it herself and get the cups like I'm that desperate to break the rules). It was frustrating & kind of embarrassing & quite frankly, it cheapens the experience. I was left apologizing to my guests for the limited cups. If it's about drinks, just charge an extra fee. I would happily pay $75-$100 more to have the freedom of not counting cups like a prison warden. I love to host with abundance, not be micromanaged over paper cups. I say all of this with love because this is a Black-owned business, and they run a beautiful, well-maintained establishment. The owner is kind and attentive, the staff was great except when one of them came in trying to switch things up after we had already set up. I feel like she should've said want she needed to say in the beginning BEFORE we already did so much work setting up, that was really annoying to be honest. Nevertheless, the addition of alcoholic beverages for the adults was a nice touch that we definitely enjoyed. But please, reconsider this cup policy. Charge a reasonable cup fee, factor it into the package, or offer quality-branded cups that guests can take home as keepsakes. The current policy is stressful, unnecessary, and makes the customer feel cheapened, which is the last thing you want when people are spending a pretty penny for a special occasion. Despite that one issue, I will continue to support Bouncy World. But if they ever change that policy, I wouldn't hesitate for a second to book again, because everything else was top-tier! Shoutout to the owner, he's a real one!

As a mom with a kid who needs to burn off some serious energy in the vegas heat: I LOVED IT HERE!!! It definitely wasn't what I was expecting, there's lots of climbing areas, inflatable bounce houses, obstacle courses, the works. But ALSO they have a full kitchen menu and alcoholic beverages as well! There's a few different parent seating areas which was super nice, I was able to sit with the baby and chill while my 7 year old burned off steam. And overall the whole place seemed very clean which is hard to do with a ton of kids. The only downside was food took quite a while. We got French fries, mozzarella sticks and a pretzel. It took about 30 minutes to get to us, and they forgot the mozzarella sticks so it was another 10 for that. The girl helping us was super nice and apologized so she was great, it just seemed like quite a while for food when it really wasn't that busy. As far as the food itself, nothing special. Everything was pretty bland and overcooked, but I didn't really have super high expectations going in. I definitely will be going back, but I'll probably eat before we go

Let me tell y'all I have ran across another hidden gem. I'm definitely ALWAYS LOOKING for something to do with littles and I think I might have found my go to. This place is clean, there's plenty for them to do, everything is reasonably priced including the food and adult beverages (wink wink) the kids are extremely occupied it's not overbearingly strict so they can truly enjoy themselves. The staff is really kind, I just watched a staff member help a little find her mommy without creating a panic. There is a comfortable lounge area for the adults to relax, enjoy the massage chairs, watch tv( they even allow you to borrow the remote). So if you need a break and your littles need to blow off some energy in a relaxing controlled environment. No doubt come check this place out. The unfortunate thing is it's definitely hidden so you have to be intentionally looking for it to find

Only place in the Mountains Edge area of its kind. It's a good size and offers wifi so you can work while your kid plays if needed. The staff is very welcoming and warm. This is our go to spot when we need to get out of the house and run out some energy. They also have games and an area for smaller kids. Although mine typically will just do laps from the bounce house to the jungle gym. They offer different specials throughout the week and have a punch card if you go often. Good value and convenient location. Also probably one of the only indoor kids play places that does not smell like a dirty gym sock which is a plus :) They don't require you to buy grip socks, but do offer them if needed. As long as you are wearing socks, which are needed to enter the play area.

Went on a Monday and they give free massage chair 15 minutes which is great. The owner I believe he was, asked how everything was and made sure I felt welcomed. The place is clean and spacious. Has some claw machines and arcade games as well as the bouncy house and obstacle play.

This place is great! Was here recently for a birthday party and it was amazing! The staff was attentive and great, you can tell that they really cared about the The customer and their experience. The rock climbing wall was also fantastic and the small play area for kids was great The pizza is delicious and we were at this place easily for three hours for the birthday party and could have stayed way longer. The kids had a great time and we will definitely be coming back! If you're looking for something to keep your kids, engaged, off the screen, and getting their energy out, this is the perfect place!

Super kid friendly bouncy place! My two girls always love coming here and they have the most fun. They have tons of options of child play that is kid friendly for all ages. They also had food, snacks and drinks as well! Definitely recommend and will be coming back :D

Came here with GetOut Pass for 2 kids from cali (9yo and 2yo). The facility is consisted with 4 structures with attached photos (1) small foam climbing structure for 4yo and under (2) huge foam climbing structure (3) bounce house (4) obstacle course bounce house. There are quite a few arcade games and rides for extra fees. Playing for one hour. Close to Silverton Casino which has aquarium, mermaid show and bass pro so you can contine to entertain your kids. The place is clean. Came at 11:30pm on a Sunday, I have seen two staff kept on cleaning different areas. As one of the attractions of Getout Pass this is a great place to see my kids run and laugh.

Staff needs to be a lot more nicer and place wasn't the cleanest. There was just two bounce houses. We expected this place to be a lot more Fun This was the last activity for the kids before headed back to California. We expected them to be tired and sleep the whole way home but unfortunately they stayed Up. I'd say it's perfect for toddlers only. We been to a few places like this in Cali and kids Love it so much they don't wanna leave. This place isn't as big or the cleanest
