Be careful and check amounts . Seems every agent says something different. Amounts $$ Change. Keep original quote. Pay attention at car pickup and drop off. Check credit card charged amount! Then call and go over everything again ! Only way to get close to original amount quoted. Every thing else easy . Went smoothly.

The staff here at Budget Rent a Car at the Golden Nugget is the best! Chuck, Rosario, Raquel and Carlito are awesome! Please forgive me for any names misspelled. They are professional, courteous and friendly. They are by far the best in customer service. I've never had a bad experience at this location ever. If there were any issues, (usually issues that were out of their control) they would do their best to accommodate you with an upgrade or other services to make things right. Rosario welcomed me back right away, as she could see that I was a repeat customer. The car I reserved was a Kia Soul, but they were out, so Rosario automatically upgraded me to a Hyundai Kona! I loved it! I was pleasantly surprised at the fuel efficiency. It is not a hybrid or electric car but the gas was amazing. I hardly saw the gas gauge move at all. I recommend this car. Been to this location several times over the years and the staff never changes. No high turnover here. One staff member said they loved working here. They are awesome! I highly recommend Budget at Golden Nugget. Tip: If you're a Costco member, go to costcotravel.com to book ahead and get discounted rates there. No charge to book reservations online and keep checking back because the rates do change. I even had rates go down $100 less, a week out before my trip!

SCAM!!!! They overcharged me $320 on a 4 day rental claiming the car was dirty. It had rained hard the previous two days and there was a minimal amount of dirt on the outside and they claim that costs $320 to clean??? Avoid at all costs!!

Chuck at the counter & Carlito in the parking garage were awesome and the experience went well, with the exception of the computer giving us a hard time processing everything. But all in all, I was very happy & will be renting from them again.

Don't understand the bad ratings. Pick up and drop off here could not have been easier or more convenient... took about 5-10 min total. The ladies at counter and check-in both very nice. Nice clean vehicle. Good price. Everything was perfect!

Car was clean and low mileage. Only slight disappointment was their "Fastbreak" system. It wasn't too fast, as they had only one person manning the outside kiosk. We had several customers ahead of us and it was well over 100 degrees that day. I realize they can't control the heat, but a fan would have been appreciated. Customers with heat related health conditions (like me) be aware! Dropping off the car was easy. Pricing was competitive.

do not rent from budget at the Las Vegas airport. had a reservation for months. arrived to find out they didn't have a car for me. wow. you have been warned. and they don't care

I had a rental that I had reserved a few weeks in advance to take my son to school I noticed the morning of reservation that I had a missed phone call I called back and got the call center they didn't know why assured me everything was fine so I went to pick my rental up the person working was on lunch but there was a handwritten sign saying no more cars I wasn't sure if that meant like period of just reservation ones I wanted when the man returned he said there was no more cars period so I was left to scramble thinking my son wouldn't make it to his school on time I called the company and they told me they couldn't do anything but give me a 20$ Lyft or Uber credit forgot which one and I could go to another location and see if they had a car but no guarantee I'm literally sitting in a casino crying trying to figure out how I'm gonna make it 6 hours away without a car and wasting the short amount of time I had left with my son as I'm talking to this unhelpful lady eventually someone brings a car back and they gave me it it was dirty on the inside chips and stuff in the seat it was a terrible experience and the lady on the phone didn't help at all no compassion I'm literally crying on the phone in the middle of the casino

Pre paid for a premium suv. Waited in line for over an hour to get our car to be told they dont have a premium suv available. We were then told we could have cheaper suv, but since we pre paid we are on the hook for full price. 3 days after we return the car we can file for a partial refund for the rate difference. Place is a total joke honestly.

Ladies and gentlemen beware of this place I Made a reservation for one week and paid in advance when I arrived Chuck helped us and for some ridiculous reason he told us he cannot rent us a vehicle unless we have a airline ticket round-trip I never heard of this. The place is not in Las Vegas airport it is in Las Vegas golden nugget downtown las vegas so I called corporate and they told me the same thing that Chuck should never ask for a airline ticket since they are corporate and they are in downtown not the airport so I gave the phone to chuck so he can understand but again Chuck refused to rent the vehicle to us and told corporate that he will not rent the car to us because we dint have an airline ticket and again corporate told him he was wrong at this point I feel discriminated against humiliated because of Chuck Attitude against us even after talking to corporate he still refused like he owns the company!!!! Wow this guy should be fired ! the problem I have chuck never said he was sorry or offer us Another alternative after taking a taxi and spending $50 to get there time wasted rushing there lI'm sure it's not budget public relations to treat customers this way I will be taking to my Lawyer and I hope that budget would look into this mater I did file a complaint with corporate and corporate was very nice to me and took matters to take action against Chuck and offer me the same rate if I rent anywhere else check is a disgrace to the human race please ladies and gentlemen avoid this place !!!!
