A bus driver tried to steal our parking spot we were waiting in line for by driving in the wrong direction on a one way loop and butting into the front of our truck. When I let him know he was going the wrong way and that there other people waiting, he told us only buses were allowed to park, not trailers. No sign to that effect and lots of other trailers parked for the Glen Canyon visitor center.

Do not use this company! They were over 4 hours late picking up kids for a field trip to California. They lied repeatedly saying that they were "a few minutes away". The driver was texting while driving. Avoid them at all costs!

Aging bus with disrespectful driver. With the number of choices out there ...keep looking. Though the bus is listed as DBA Canyon Coach Lines, there are some sites which list that as a non valid business name. Be cautious who you drive with. Cheaper definitely does not mean better and you get what you pay for.

Our Complaint: Bully & Humiliated by the Domineering Driver Date: December 19th 2019 Tour: Grand Canyon - South Rim 12 hour's day tour Ticket Purchase: Wannar.com (Wannar inc.) Tour operator: C. H. Destination DBA: Canyon Coach Lines Coach / License Plate Number: 1855 / Nevada 65018 A Driver: Brandon Our Complaint: Bully & Humiliated by the Domineering Driver We are an old couple over 65, we booked C.H.Destination's- Canyon Coach lines' Las Vegas Grand Canyon South Rim 12 hours' day tour, thru Wannar.com on Dec 19, 2019. Everything was fine until after the 1st stop. When we walked back to the bus from 1st stop sightseeing point, the bus driver/guide, Brandon scold at us of being late and gave us a lecture. So we checked the time on the cell phone, we were only "1" minute late, then we said to him, "1" minute? When we got back on the bus and yet we still have to wait for 2 to 3 other late, lost tourists, and by the time they got back on the bus, the total time waited was only "12 " minutes past the Driver's scheduled time. Then we rode to and get off at the 2nd stop; when we lined up to get the provided lunch from the driver, he irritated us again the 2nd time by telling us not to be late. My wife got agitated and said to the driver that he was unreasonable to make a fuss of "1" minute. What gone OUTRAGES was right away Brandon the driver withheld the provided lunch (included in tour price ) he was about to hand to my wife, and he went even furthermore to SNATCH away the lunch that was already in my hand. We were stunned of his ridiculous behaviour and felt being humiliated. Just because we did not want to make a scene in public to fight over "lunch" with the Driver/guide, we walked away and called Wannar.com to take appropriate action immediately. This was a 12-hour day trip, Brandon the driver felt no shame of his rude behaviour and felt he could not only bully but abusively tortured the customers stayed hungry for the entire day. We called Wanner.com 3 times during that 2 hours stop break, we did not hear from them until 1 day later. After another few days, Wannar.com only want to reimburse us $20 for lunch and said we have no witness of what we had encountered. The driver twisted the detail and said we were "15" mins late and delayed the tour. He even went further to mention he has witness but failed to provide proof and information. Regardless, should the driver scold at the customer even if they are late? In our case was only "1" min? Also what kind of conduct to refuse to give and "SIEZE" the provided lunch from the customer's hand, and torture them with an empty stomach for a 12 hours tour?
