So I ordered movie tickets online for me and my daughter for her birthday. Well being a senile old dad I screwed up. We got our tickets off the qr code and went to check in. The movie I bought tickets for was a week away! So I went back to the box office and they immediately called the manager to straighten things out. I was refunded my money on my card and we started over with another movie my daughter wanted to see. The staff was so helpful in straightening out my mess and I appreciate that. The theater was clean and the seats were very comfortable with power recliners. Also great viewing angle to the screen. From the supposed start time of the movie to the actual start time was about 1/2 an hour of commercials. The movie my daughter picked was very good. And afterwards I needed to make a stop at the restroom. I was happy it was decently clean. Overall not a bad spot to get comfortable, kick your feet up,and take in a show

Located past the food court at the Santa Fe Station hotel and casino. This Cinemark theater offered friendly customer service, fully stocked concession stand, clean bathrooms, clean and comfortable reclining chairs that actually work and just an overall great movie going experience.

Angelina Jae'La and the other young lady up front were all very helpful and energetic even at the end of the night. Please recognize your employees and give them a raise, paid time off, preferred shift, anything! They made a great experience and I wouldn't mind coming back.

This was my first movie theater visit since the silly pandemic. Went with family. And they made changes here since then, upgraded everything. Now if only the studios will make more entertaining movies that aren't remakes or not written well, I would attempt to go more often. Nothing like popcorn, M&Ms and a coke watching a movie!

What a nice theater! Very easy to access inside of Santa Fe Station. The concession area at this regal is top tier for quick snacks. You can order ahead and pick them up before walking into the theater, or order directly from the people behind the counter. There are two lines that each have 2 soda machines and employees doing popcorn. You won't have to wait in line very long! The seats inside this theater to me are still the best in Vegas! They recline all the way back, and you aren't too close to the person next to you. Each row is also walled off so you won't hear the people in front or behind you if they are whispering. They have plenty of screens here and always have multiple showing of all the latest hits! Such a great theater! 10/10

Employees at this movie theater are very friendly welcoming and inviting. Popcorn was hot and fresh perfectly salted and buttered. The dbox seats we purchased for the movie stitch were very comfortable and would highly recommend and they even have seat warmers on them. Only complaint would be the bathrooms. They were definitely not the cleanest and had a bit of a smell.

Big fan! I came here to watch Gladiator during its opening week. This theater is spacious, comfy, and well maintained. We bought our tickets in advance to ensure that we'd get seats near each other (we were a group of 4). I recommend purchasing seats in advance because it's assigned seating for all the theaters. Once we arrived, we ordered hotdogs, nachos, sodas, candy, and water. The service was pretty quick and there was no long line. Then again it was a Tuesday at 4pm so that is definitely a big factor. Once we got passed the ticketing agent, we were directed to our theater. The seats are comfy lounge chairs that recline. You've got cup holders and a small table if you were to want to put your snacks on there which is convenient. The bathrooms are spacious and clean too. Overall, I had no issues at this theater and I plan to go back. P.s. we got $6 tickets on a Tuesday at 4pm. Really a good deal especially in Vegas.

I had such a great experience at this movie theater location with my family watching final destination. We ordered our tickets online ahead of time and got to choose our seats. When we arrived at the theater, the concession stand lines went very fast, we quickly were able to get our popcorn, buckets, sodas, and water, and we were on our way to the movie theater. The staff here were friendly and seemed on top of everything, I kept seeing people clean up constantly, helping the customers and quickly getting people to their movie theaters. The theater was clean and comfortable movie and sound was awesome. Bathrooms were clean couldn't have asked for a better theater.

Movie theatre located inside Santa Fe Casino. Place was clean and enjoyed the movie. Workers are not the friendliest but don't need much from them. Screen and sound was good and reclining chairs were comfortable.
