This little stand is inside the mall Forum Shops and was great! All I got was the gelato but it was amazing!! I had the chocolate and coconut and omg they were both so good. The coconut was fantastic and the chocolate was some of the best I have had. It's a cute little cafe and the staff was great. I'd for sure go back to try other things when I return!

I love this place guys, everything, I tried a handful of food choice here, perfect and fresh every time!! Workers were so kind, even tried their drinks and honestly they are cheaper and tastier than any Starbucks you could name!!! I work for escape game and let me say I go here so often and am treated so kindly, I can't remember or find anything bad to say! There isn't much to bring home about. It is $13 for a small bowl of gelato and you can choose three flavors. We tried the vanilla, cookies and creme, and chocolate flavors. This is an overpriced but convenient choice for young children. Service was very friendly and efficient.

It's understandable that it is expensive but food quality is not good. Service is okay, they're busy but they don't serve the first person who pays. I don't know how they do it and prioritize the customer. It's on the middle of the hotel and walkway, people just walked through it. I wish they will block it so it won't be crowded. Not worth the money, we were just so hungry but we tossed almost all of the waffle fries since it's burnt and then soggy, no salt or any taste.Pizza is a meh.

In the heart of the Forum Shops, Ciao Ciao serves the best gelato in town. They also offer hot dogs, snacks, drinks, and a great selection of beers. I always make it a point to stop by for a scoop of gelato or my favorite - the mango sorbet.

The variety of drinks is good and everything looks delicious. We tried the mango chamoy margarita and it was amazing. It comes with a light up ice cube too!

I bought a $12 gelato thinking it will look like the picture it advertised. A big mountain like bowl that 2 people can share. I was so disappointed it came half full and look nothing like the picture. I asked the boy who served the Gelato why it doesn't look like the picture. He said his boss told him not to fill it up or he will get fired. This place is a scam. Be aware.

Service was very bad I ordered an ice cream and the red head girl was extremely rude and had a horrible attitude when she said I needed to take my receipt because I didn't her her the first time and she had just asked if we wanted it we responded no and then she had a very bad attitude and a rude tone

Clean, bright, straightforward. Coney Island type hotdogs and the signature tourist frozen alcoholic concoction in the tall skinny plastic glass. Flashing ice cube included. The hotdog could have been a lot hotter; sort of lukewarm. (Ate hotdog before I left establishment.) Some canned sort of queso; sad. Onions and tasteless chili. The bartender was conversational and the frozen drink was only a third melted by the 12th floor.

This is located in the mall and this review is from an Xmas trip. It was super crowded and you had to wait in line to order and then wait in line to get your food. We bought a combo #2 which is a foot long hotdog, drink, and side. It was very large in portion sizes and the waffle fries were crisp and hot and plentiful but it cost a whopping $23.30 We also ordered 2 Vegas small gelato bowls which were pretty big in size and cost $12 each. There were taxes and fees that amounted to $3.70 extra so our total bill was $52. They forgot our food order after giving us dessert first but I think it was crazy over Xmas so I don't count that as bad service it just sucked because we waited a bunch. This has less to do with the cafe and more to do with Vegas over Xmas. Overall in the strip a large and cheaper priced food find.
