I usually go here on weekdays. I really wanna try the food court calzone. I heard an employee explaining this location is the only one that has it cause they're new. Like yaaaas that's cool. But yeah, always a few samples available on the weekday. They've never been out of something I want. Parking is cool. Gas wait has been non-existent. Food court is fire. Checkout process is kinda bleh. But idk I feel like that's just the usual Costco ambiance. Not too bad and I'm thankful there's this location... closer and kind staff.

Sam's for the win! Lines are huge and very slow! And the ambiance feels meh They need to incorporate scan & go like Sam's

Went to the pharmacy to get vaccines at around 6pm and were treated by the technician like they didnt want your business, it was really upsetting because our doctor said you can get immunization without a membership but the technician told us we had to get a membership first. So we went to the membership desk to qeue in line to ask for a membership to get vaccines and were told we didnt need a membership at the pharmacy. After wasting half an hour of waiting the associate decided to walk us back to the pharmacy to inform the pharmacist that we didnt need a membership, then the pharmacist proceeded to explain that we would get a discount if we were members which was not originally mentioned by the technician, instead she just turned us away and told us we need to get a membership first. The technician looks like she doesnt even want to be there to work.

Third time is not a charm!! Tried 3 times to go to this Costco & all three times I waited over 15 minutes for an electric cart & never got one. Will never come back here again. Back to St. Rose!
