$32.19 for Disappointment: Del Taco has become a Fast-Food Tragedy. There are nights when you just don't want to cook. You're exhausted, you don't feel like going out, and fast food is supposed to be the easy answer. But what I experienced at Del Taco was anything but easy. To the two workers hustling at 8 PM, I offer my sincere thanks. They were doing everything they could in the face of overwhelming odds. But no amount of effort on their part could salvage the disaster that Del Taco has become. $32.19 for a meal for two --food that should have been quick, affordable, and decent. Instead, I was served a wait that defied the concept of fast food: 16 whole minutes, 12 of those soaking in the hot-garbage ambiance of their dimly lit parking lot, only wanting for a burrito, two tacos, one fry and drinks. This isn't fast food; it's a fast track to frustration. Let's talk about the "carne asada," a term that Del Taco should be ashamed to use. This so-called steak was more akin to expired dollar-store canned cat food than any recognizable cut of beef. It's clear that Del Taco, in its relentless pursuit of profit, has sacrificed what little quality it once had. The management / ownership of Del Taco have lost sight of the very essence of fast food. Fast food is supposed to be quick, affordable, and at very least passable in taste. But in their greed, they've chosen to cut corners on quality and staffing, leaving customers like myself feeling cheated and disillusioned. Sure, Del Taco's revenue numbers might look good on paper, but what's the real cost? A ruined reputation, a demoralized workforce, and a customer base that's rapidly losing faith. If this is the future of fast food, I want no part of it. I never expected gourmet cuisine, but I did expect my wallet to be respected. For just a few dollars more, I could have enjoyed a proper meal at a sit-down restaurant, without the bitter aftertaste of regret. This $32.19 experience was a harsh reminder that when companies prioritize profits over people, everyone loses. For the record I'm well aware $32 doesn't go far these days but as the saying goes pick two: fast, good or cheap...Del Taco failed on all three.

Wow , looking at all the one star reviews and comments I can't believe something hasn't been done to correct it . I rarely come here , but luckily I haven't really had any problems other than once they were really slow with my order and luckily I came in to order instead of sitting in the drive thru burning gas . There was a large family that ordered before me that was eating in the dining room with several young kids , so I can understand it took a little longer to make all the different items . I used to go to the West Sahara location for years and never had a problem there and they still made my favorite , the Macho Bacon and Egg Burrito even though it was no longer on the menu . It was a meal by itself ! I come here mostly for the 3 Grilled Chicken Soft Taco Special on Thursdays , Chicken Quesadillas , or Loaded Nachos . I would get the Bacon Double Del Cheeseburger at the Sahara location sometimes , but I haven't had it here . Today I got the 3 Grilled Chicken Soft Taco Special and Queso Loaded Fries , which I had not had before . They were pretty good and I have no complaints on any of my food . I've never had a problem with any of my food at this location . The times I have come in to order instead of the drive thru the dining room looked clean and organized . The staff I have ordered from have been not overly friendly , but not rude either . It's Del Taco .

I ordered 2 jumbo crispy shrimp tacos. They handed it to me in under minute. I drove home to find the shrimp was reheated in the microwave. Shrimp was hard and chewy. Terrible! I tried calling a couple times to complain and no one answered phone or returned my call Big waste of time and money

I started to avoid this location a year ago because of the bad service. a couple of weeks ago I gave in and came to this drive thru and service has really turned around. the last 3 visits have been great! Thanks for fixing the issues!!! nice job to the team

I've gone here on and off the past 3-4 years and idk how but always the corn hard shells are always stale tasting. Over years this is never changed, I think they store them incorrectly. I wouldn't recommend and I have gone here my last time.

BEWARE OF PRICE GOUGING AT DEL TACO!!!!!! I went to del taco last night on Trop & Hacienda cause I was looking for a snack...something cheap, so I ordered 2 crunchtadas bc they were $1.39/ea. they don't come w sour cream, so I asked the fruitloop at the drive up window to add it to both , & he gives me my total of $4.31. I said why is it so high , it should be $2.89? He said sour cream is 60 cents on each making it $1.20 more! I could have bought the whole container for that price!!!! I said isn't that price gouging? I could have ordered another tostada @ that price!!! ! I told him I was reporting him on yelp & he said go ahead & I said I will! And to top it off, he put so little on there that you couldn't even taste sour cream! That episode turned me off & they've lost my business for good ! I was a regular there at least 3-4 times a week , but I have no problem switching to Taco Bell ! UPDATE....WOW, TO THE OWNER(S) OF DEL TACO, TAKE NOTE...HAVE YOU NOTICED ALL THE 1 STAR REVIEWS YOUR STORE HAS? DO YOU EVEN GIVE A SH**??
