Hey, I just wanna give a shout out to the Dennys here on Simmons. We've been coming here quite often now and the service here is exceptional. It feels like cheers like everybody knows my name now. For a Denny's, the food is pretty darn good

Just walked out after receiving zero acknowledgment or service at time seated (plopped menu's down, walked away and never acknowledged - only 5 tables). I will not tip this poor mindset or establishments that allow mediocre standards/staff. Too many other choices where courtesy,care & service thrive! Where is the manager???

Came in around 7:15 am on a Sunday, only one other table dining. Stephanie my server was awesome. Food was good. Couldn't ask for more.

As I walked in the Manager was busy talking to the cashier whoever was upfront and then she looked up and goes just one so I said yes she proceeded to see me of course I had to see right behind a table. I was talking in Spanish to the server that was off duty through my whole entirety of the meal it was so annoying. They could've sent me anywhere else But there. I mean, that's great. You wanna talk to the guest but have some consideration their food was served and they can't even eat because she still stand there talking to them and then like I said, I had to sit there and listen to it the server Alejandra she wasn't very good. I asked her for water took her 10 minutes to bring it to me and couldn't have been that hard cause there's only like three tables in the whole place never came back and checked on me. I seemed to be more of a burden than I was a guest never will return to this restaurant again so disappointed.

Best Denny's we have ever been to, our server Blayton was awesome. We were immediately welcomed and sat. Dinning area was clean and all tables had fast and efficient service. What we ordered: Drinks: Lemonade $3.59 sweet and tart Coke: $3.69 Green Smoothie: $3.99 So delicious a must have when at Denny's Appetizers: Classic Sampler: $11.99 Perfect fried food to start our dinner out with. 55+ Chicken Fried Steak Dinner: $9.99 Perfectly cooked nice thick crunch on the exterior and nice juicy chicken in the inside topped with delicious country gravy. Served with a garden salad with ranch and a side of onion rings that cost an extra .99 Bourbon Bacon Burger: $13.89 plus .99 Beautifully created and tasted delicious all veggies were fresh and crisp. The burger meat was juicy and flavorful. Paired with seasoned fries. Berry Van Crepe Breakfast: $11.59 Light fluffy crepe topped with strawberries, nice savory and sweet crepe served with two sausages cooked perfectly with hash browns and two medium eggs. Best breakfast from a Denny's!!! Junior Chocolate Chip: kids eat free everyday 4pm-10pm Fluffy pancake's with the perfect amount of chocolate chips inside paired with nice crispy bacon. Side of seasoned fries and chicken tenders were also cooked perfectly. The service plus the cooks all deserve appraisal, we normally don't want to eat at Denny's because it's not that great. I had to double check that we were dinning at a Denny's because everything was fantastic. We were all extremely happy and full. Our food is normally nice portion sizes, this time it was half of everything we normally get. There was hardly anyone in when we arrived. Our server was very slow to take our orders. Our normal server we thought was not there, Stephanie. Stephanie was there and came up to us and greeted us, we were sad we were not seated on her area. Hope next time we go the food portions are much better than today

my sister and I went here for lunch today. We nor get wonderful service but we know that the food is always good and consistent. Today our server Emelia B, was not good AT ALL. First it took her a long time to get to us to ask for drink, at that point she was already rude and not very pleasant. Then she took our order and drink order, she came back put our drinks on the table and left, the food came and she served it. We ask for more napkins, she said she would be back. Emelia B NEVER came back, oe ask how our food was or even refill our drinks. WORSE service ever!!!!! Someone needs to teach her customer service, when we go back we will never sit in her section or we will just leave.
