No one EVER answers the phone there/you CANNOT get assistance if you call. I have even called from the location and watched them NOT answer the phone and they are NOT busy with customers. They just DONT answer.

If you are a local you can not rent from them with a debt period for locals going to some where else,smh why can't they just be clear I'm so pissed and annoyed

Scam. Scam. Scam. Avoid these people. They try and force you in to a car several levels below what you booked. I booked mid size and they forced me in to an economy car. They refused to offer any money back on the rental. I view this the same as theft. They are all liars. They are all incompetent.

We used dollar rental on Swenson St. And were very happy with the service. Molly addressed any and all issues we had. She was so pleasant to deal with and we joined the dollar club so we can use this rental service again.

This place is a rental scam, intimidation techniques to buy their insurance is just pathetic. Obviously the employees cant be all scum, so must be the incentive program for these greedy people not to do the right thing. The scam is if you get into an accident on your own insurance, they charge you for lost rental time. This is not rental its a con game and they are running it hard. Never again, get suckers to get to rent here.
