I tried the Chicken & Waffles and the Spicy BBQ Bacon Brisket Burrito, and honestly, both were absolute perfection. The chicken was crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and paired with the perfectly fluffy waffles -- it's sweet, savory, and comforting all at once. The Brisket Burrito? Wow. Tender, smoky brisket with a kick of spicy BBQ bacon, wrapped up in a warm, soft tortilla. Every bite was packed with flavor, and the portion is huge -- you definitely leave satisfied. Service was friendly, the place is quick and casual, and it's the kind of spot where you can come alone, with friends, or even a big group. Effin good mornings really do start here

Quiet little breakfast spot featuring a bit of everything. Chicken and waffles, breakfast sandwiches and burritos. Highly recommend the OG breakfast sandwich with egg cheese, a ton of bacon and a delicious sauce. Burritos are enormous and I highly recommend the Brisket Totchos. Veteran and woman owned. Awesome service and friendly atmosphere.

Staff was a little mid over the phone, we pushed through. When I went to pick up the staff was a little nicer. My order was messed up a little but nothing to crazy they did offer to remake it but I don't like to be wasteful so I declined. It was still good though. Will try again.

I love the service and having someone greet you pleasantly this early in the morning . The food and coffee are both legit in this restaurant. I had the Spicy BBQ Bacon Brisket Burrito which was so yummy and flavorful. The brisket is smoked and then rested overnight leaving it moist and tasty. My husband had the Nashville Hot Chicken Burrito with hot honey sauce. Equally as flavorful and done to perfection. The size of the burritos are great too, leaving you full and satisfied. We'll definitely be back to try more items on this menu! Super cute interior as well. Sorry I didn't get pics of the burritos

I've been watching this place go through the opening process via their social media account. I've never been to an Effin Egg but the menu has a good variety of breakfast burritos and sandwiches, with sweet and savory side options and a few heartier lunch dishes. This location has a cute Alice in Wonderland theme, painted by a local artist. The space is clean, menu is easy to understand, and they do some specials so check for signs at the register - we ordered the Jax's sausage breakfast sandwich, Javier's breakfast burrito (with bacon), the loaded brisket totchos and an iced chai. The above came to about $50 with tax and tip, but we were full enough that it was basically breakfast and lunch combined. The flavors here were good, they seem to make their sauces in house and the Effin sauce and house "Gringo" salsa were both pretty good. My husband commented that the sandwich seemed to have a lot going on. I was surprised the soft Martin's potato bun held up as well as it did. The burrito was tasty but on the smaller side for the $10 price compared to others around the city with similar ingredients. The tots were a highlight, good portion size, really liked the queso in the bottom ( you can also get this as a side for dipping, to add to other menu items). My husband downed his chai before our food even came out, and they were pretty fast. Service was friendly and upbeat, and checked on us a few times. They did not seem to have any high chairs or booster seats, which might be good to add for families. About half of their business seemed to be takeout, you can call ahead if you're in a hurry. Cute branding, fun environment, good variety for breakfast lovers!

Saw name of this place in passing and we just had to come here to see what it was about. The customer service was amazing even through the obstacles as Heidi and julietta had to hold down the fort with multiple call outs today. She maintained a cool calm collected head and provided us with great service and great food. Local Mom and pop shops like this need local support. What a great experience and the breakfast food is amazing!!! The owner Sara really nice great customer service and we had a great conversation asked how we heard about the spot and I told her I was searching for breakfast spots on Yelp and TikTok in Summerlin. I love that she's a veteran and that they give discounts to military and first responders which is a plus I believe it's 10 or 15%. The place is pretty small maybe 15 people max for dining. This spot just open not too long and you guys have to check it out. We tried the Javier's breakfast burrito but you can make it a burrito bowl like my husband did. The owner talked about that they just made a homemade garlic aioli and asked if we wanted to try and trust me y'all want to get some for your tater tot's or breakfast sandwich or burrito. He enjoyed his breakfast. Meanwhile I made and asked a special request for their strawberry cheesecake waffles. And if I can have those waffle instead with my Chicken and waffles. It wasn't on the menu but they were able to do it. The flavor was so good I didn't need syrup the sweetness was perfect. I dipped my chicken tender in the garlic aioli mixed with Tabasco since I love spicy and 10 out of 10 highly recommend. Go support this local business we live out of town so I want to go back for a breakfast sandwich

We ended up here on opening day! Place is pretty small but loved the Alice in Wonderland theme. All the employees were super friendly. You order at counter and food is brought to you. They call out your name to see where you are. We tried the naked tots (didn't get the spicy aioli) and brisket tatchos. The cheese sauce on the brisket tatchos was delicious and so was the avocado creama. Jax's Sausage Egg and cheese was delicious. Great turkey sausage and I opted for scrambled eggs and cooked perfectly. The spicy sauce with the Hawaiian sweet bread was a perfect balance. My husband really enjoyed the mamas burrito and salsa it came with. My bro enjoyed his spicy bbq bacon brisket burrito and my sil her hangover one. My nephew has the kids chicken fingers and tots. Everything came out hot and fresh. Lots of flavor with the sauces. Will def stop by again.

The 1st EFFIN EGG in Las Vegas! Peace Way & Ft. Apache. The "Boring Burrito" was tasty with their specialty roasted house coffee. I'll save the Spicy Brisket Burrito and signature breakfast sandwiches for a return visit, but I enjoyed it. Tables & chairs but I like the counter!
