Had a dozen bagels and cream cheese delivered via uber to our office. This is the perfect way to start the day and an office meeting.

This was the worst experience I've ever had ! First there was a fire so now I smell like smoke , they also got my order wrong and I realized it when I got home , so I called and they said they would remake my order then once I got there they informed me that they didn't have any bagels to make my sandwiches with ! They couldn't call me and let me know before I got there ??? I'll never go back to this location again!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Waited 30 mins for my two bagels, just to be told that our order got bumped so it was actually never made, by the time I went to go follow up on my order they were out of what I ordered because they served everyone after us. I get it, it gets busy but wow I've never had such awful service before. The cherry on top was the worker so focused on who was going to be closing the store with them and then repeatedly saying "f*ck" behind the counter while I was waiting for my refund!

This is my first time at this location. It is conveniently located in Lakes Business Park on the backside of The Lakes neighborhood on Sahara. Upon entering, we weren't greeted. It's like we were invisible to the staff for the first 5 minutes. The staff were doing other duties around the restaurant. The manager or shift lead was there and had the staff working on various duties as well as herself. First and foremost, all customers should be greeted upon entering. If staff are completing tasks, they need to know that the customer come first and they need to be greeted and waited on. There's no reason that others are unable to take your order. During my first, they was one person assigned to take your order and ring up your purchase, so that you can pay. We had to wait for her to finish assisting customers before us before our order was taken. The location was clean inside. The were about 5 workers there to assist the customers. Once my order was taken, I received my food rather quickly. Easy in and easy out at 9amish.

Nova lox on pretzel bagel with chive cream cheese. Yummy. Don't know you can even custom order a sandwich here such ass a one egg with avocado and onion and ___(insert preferred bagel). Great customer service. A little strange how you place your order and the counter then walk down to other end of the counter with a new server to pay for your order. Why? What's the logic here? Nonetheless, ambiance was welcoming. Basics typical bagel shop.

Service was fine. Food took a long time and my sandwich had 1 egg instead of 2. Could have asked for fix and they probably would have but after waiting awhile i was hungry and in a hurry. Also OJ had melted ice in it so it was very diluted. Maybe ask them for a fresh cup with no ice or something. Just a warning. Place was clean and maintained. Large and small oj and 3 sandwiches was almost 35$.

If you love their Asiago bagels, imagine getting one right off the oven??? OMG it's the best thing ever!! I went to 2 of their locations for a bucket of Asiago bagels but 10.30 AM is not a good time since those sell fast. They only had 2 left at the Sahara location but a kind baker named James, offered to bake them fresh for me!! In 15 mins they were ready, and I can't tell you how difficult the drive home was just smelling them and not able to eat lol!! You could just eat them without any Creme cheese. Thank you James for being such an amazing employee!!

Just came in to check balance on a gift card, the first time I came in the lady couldn't figure out how to do it and took a while to try to figure it out before then telling me oh you need to wait in the 2nd line also fully to check the balance instead. I didn't have time to wait in 2 lines to check a balance and then wait all over again a second time to order ? Came in a second day when I had time and waited in the full lines and the lady seemed annoyed to check it lol. Fuck the gift card at this point I don't even wanna come back bc wtf even is this place lol
