Manager Shawn is extremely unprofessional. He constantly talks over others and refuses to listen when you try to explain your concerns or needs. His attitude is rude and disrespectful, creating an uncomfortable environment for both customers and staff. When problems arise, instead of taking responsibility or helping resolve them, he hides behind his employees--leaving them to deal with mistakes that are clearly his responsibility. It's clear he lacks leadership and accountability. My bagels were frozen. I got 13 of them and not even sliced. My problem was never solved at all, and because of this experience, I will never go to this place again. Very disappointing service and poor management overall. He clearly cannot work with people and seems to have serious issues with communication and professionalism.

If disappointment had a headquarters, it would be this Einstein Bros Bagels. I walked in dreaming of that perfect morning bite -- warm, toasted bagel, golden and crisp, maybe even life-affirming. Instead? I was handed a cold, sad dough circle that tasted like it had been personally offended by the concept of heat. Not toasted. Not warm. Not edible. Just... there. The wait? Agonizing. A line that moved slower than a dial-up connection in 1998, led by employees who seemed to be moving in geological time. They weren't working -- they were observing existence. I've seen glaciers melt faster than these bagels got made. And the store itself? Let's just say "messy" would be generous. Tables sticky, floor scattered with bagel shrapnel, napkins nowhere to be found. It felt less like a bagel shop and more like the aftermath of a carb-related natural disaster. By the time my name was called (after what felt like an eternity), I would've settled for any semblance of effort. But no -- not only was the bagel cold and sad, it wasn't even toasted. That's the bare minimum, Einstein. The bare minimum. Save yourself the heartbreak -- and your taste buds -- and find literally anywhere else that respects both bagels and basic human time. This place? A tragic failure of breakfast proportions

Both times I've came to this Einstein Bagel location it's extremely busy and the 6 employees seem overwhelmed. There appears to be too many delivery service companies waiting for orders. Something should be done to help balance this extra work for people wanting to enjoy eating their food in the restaurant. The employees were kind but a little overwhelmed.

Management here has always been a little wishy-washy. My friends and I come here all the time because we work right across the street to. We usually always mobile order because we get the free ice or hot coffee with a purchase. They used to honor this in store if you scanned your rewards, but they don't do that anymore which is kind of an inconvenience. I'm mobile ordered and I didn't receive mine order until 36 minutes after. The only person who made it better for me was Maxx! He was absolutely amazing and deescalated my situation. He is going around apologizing to people and trying his best to get orders out and that isn't even his job to do, but he did

To order a reward on the APP is very easy. Had a birthday reward; now, it is a free egg sandwich, with purchase. Tricky, though, had to edit the eggs, because the APP defaults it to two eggs (extra- it is well over $8). My order was two breakfast sandwiches, and my reward value was $7.19. Two things I don't like about the APP, you get signed out, after a while, and you lose your points, after a certain time period. Today was the last day to get it, so I went here before I went to work. The freeway was open so it was convenient, just one exit away from home. I went inside and the order was ready at the Pickup spot. Nice! Easy- peasy.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. I gave Einstein Bros. Bagels a fair chance. After a disappointing first experience (where staff seemed unsure of basic drink options, my order was handed to me carelessly, and I left feeling more like a burden than a valued customer), I still followed up exactly as their Business Manager asked me to--by submitting a form on their website so they could "make it right." That was over a week ago. I've received absolutely nothing--no email, no call, not even a courtesy acknowledgment. And yes, I checked every folder: inbox, spam, promotions, everything. There's no excuse. If a business says they care about customer feedback and resolving issues, then they should actually follow through. This feels like empty PR and confirms how little they value the people who walk through their doors. This was my final visit to any Einstein Bagels. I'll be letting others know to steer clear, too. There are plenty of other spots that offer not just better food and drinks--but basic respect.

Was in need of some lunch after working out for nearly two and a half hours at a nearby gym. I found Einstein Bros. Bagels when searching for nearby lunch spots and realized that they were closing in about a half hour. Because I rarely eat here, I never knew that they closed so early in the afternoon (2:00pm daily). I was worried that I would be turned away so close to closing time because I came in at around 1:30pm, but the cashier was super friendly, welcomed me in and took my order right off the bat. I ordered a pizza bagel on a plain bagel (which came with a bag of chips) and a large caramel macchiato. I know, that seems like a strange combo to most people, but I really needed some calories in me. I got my caramel macchiato first before getting my pizza bag. The drink was iced but the caramel had a warm feel to it, but it started to cool down overtime. I've had coffee with caramel added countless times before but never had warm caramel added in before. The pizza bagel really hit the spot! I've had this kind of bagel before and I forgot how tasty it was! The pepperoni was huge and there was so much cheese on it. This was definitely the best thing to eat especially after a tough workout where I really had to push myself. I ended up finishing the pizza bagel in under 15 minutes, that's how hungry I was haha. The parking lot is a bit tight and there is no drive thru, so it can be hard to enter and exit this place, depending on how busy it is. Otherwise, I liked my pizza bagel and caramel macchiato and the service was friendly and quick, even coming in a half hour before they closed.

It's just Terrible service. Too bad especially morning. Who wants to get the type of awful service from Monday Morning?!?! I don't want to tell the name but can't stand her attitude. Janet who is staff looked like doesn't want to work and had a very rude attitude and low tension. What's wrong with her?! I was good mood, but after that, I felt so miserable mood. That's horrible. I don't want her to make my day worse. And also most of the bagels were gone even though just after 10 AM. I know it's popular, but if that is so they should be replenished with bagels idk they have stock or not thought. Manager, you should retrain how to give good service to customers, especially there is the morning bagel shop.

If I could give zero I would I just came into this store today and get in line order 5 bagels 4 toasted bagels and a pizza bagel I get attitude when I order after I order they got busy I wait 35 mins btw 6 people behind me in line get there food b4 me I have to go ask for my food and they tell me I have to wait for somthing I have no idea but I was there for 45 mins then I funky get my food not a sorry or nothing btw the maneger saw everything and didn't say anything then I drive 20 mins home and what a surprise all my bengals are not toasted so 40$ down the drain and a hour of my day waisted Jesus
