Came here for some breakfast since my son woke up craving bagels . Good costumer Service and fast service as well . The manager Ms . Jeanette was super nice and helpful with our order today . She made our morning just by being nice always appreciate that . For sure will be coming back !

I walk in, go up to the cashier, black American female with dreads down to her hips, bluntly asks "what you want?". Okay......it's been a while since I've been here, I was looking for an item that I guess is no longer served there, I asked just to be sure, she responded, agitated. Asked her to switch breakfast meats for my sandwich from bacon to sausage, because that's what i wanted for breakfast, and my request made her so angry she had to go hide in the back kitchen until I left with my order. Because she knows the way she treated me was wrong from the get go. I grab my sandwich, look behind me and who popped her head out of the kitchen to see if I was gone? Lol we locked eyes and I laughed and walked away. That was satisfaction enough for me. Black American female knew she was wrong the way she treated me, and I got to see the look on her face. What's happening to this location?? It's being neglected. I am requesting a refund for this negative experience. I called the store to write down an existing work e-mail, same day I ordered my food, to contact the district manager and the black American female/ manager gave me an e-mail to someone that no longer works for the company. Then that e-mail directs me to another e-mail address that bounces back. You can tell this place turned ghetto, with many of their employees including the manager acting ghetto. Unhappy people a will act this way. And because I can tell they don't care, I threw my food away as soon as I got home. Who is going to enjoy their food after getting treated as if you're scum. Horrible customer service, and it's clearly not going to get handled since the head is the problem. REQUESTING REFUND A.S.A.P., since I can't contact anyone BUT the black American female who thinks know one will stand up to her.

I can totally see why this place has very low stars why did I just place an order and he takes my order my money then turns around and starts sweeping the floor WTH!!!! Here I'm 10 minutes later still waiting on my jalapeño bagel. That should be a super fast order because all you need to do is toast it. BEYOND ANNOYED! I will never come back to this place again!

This place- it just sucks! The customer service is non existent. You'll be ignored if you have an issue like we were. They are too busy to care if you get coffee and they make ordering simple stuff so complicated. We've been here twice and we've had bad experiences both times. The first time we didn't get upset since we had time to kill. We ordered two coffees and a Lox bagel- which took about 15 minutes. However, this first time they were busy with in-store and pickup orders so we didn't mind. But they didn't have any coffee and the time we stood there, they didn't even bother making a fresh one while everyone was waiting. But the second time, man it was so bad I won't be back. We ordered 2 large coffees. I went to make the coffee and the vanilla hazelnut was freshly brewed, it came out with some grounds, but it wasn't too bad so I didn't let it bother me. Then I went to pour the 1/2 and 1/2 and nonfat milk came out. They unfortunately switched the lids when they put them out. At first I figured I'd ask for new cups so I could get new coffee and the actual 1/2 and 1/2 I wanted- but after standing for minutes watching the cashier hang out with her grandma and friends- and the other cashier also catching up- I walked to the 'order station' thinking I'd get help. Again, I stand in the 'order here' station and the person didn't acknowledge me until a couple minutes and said, "one minute sorry", and nothing. Mind you, I had the carafe in my hand to let him know. Then I realized I could just fix my issue alone. I went to the fountain drink and poured out the coffees, poured new ones and switched the lids for them. I was really annoyed at this point because of the employees acting too busy to attend or fix an issue. Especially since their coffee station is next to the order pickup station where the employee was having a grand time with her family.

6:40 am no bagels in the case, 20 boxes of preboxed bagels and 4 racks of baked bagels. I asked for a bakers dozen, my first pick pretzel bagels, oh I'm sorry we don't have any of those.... it was a fairly rude and sarcastic oh I'm sorry. Store did not smell of bagels like the others do, do they truck them in here and not bake on site as others stores do? Definitely not the place to go if you want to eat a bagel of choice. After stopping here I went to the Cheyenne location and received stellar service. I've been to this location before this was simply my third similar experience and thus wanted to share it. Unfortunate Einstein has no quality control between locations. If you want to improve it you should check in on what your Cheyenne location is doing and have them train the Lake Mead location.

This had to be one of the most horrible experiences at this location. The times we've came service had been great as well as the food, but in Today's case not only did they get the order wrong, took 35min to realize they had given the order away to the incorrect person and on top of that not have the decency to apologize when realizing they made a mistake. We still received an order & refund but unfortunately it was incorrect not what we had originally ordered in the first place. When we first walked in it had also smelled like something got burnt, Me (the customer) decided to crack open a door because of the horrible smell and lingering smoke cloud, which also caused other customers to start coughing. Management did not control the situation nor took action properly. I would definitely not recommend nor return to this precise location again.

Idky this place has such a low rating, they are always nice to me. They say hello, and are always busy, for being busy they try getting the food up as fast as possible. They bagels are always sooo tasty. I always get the veggie sandwich which is usually tasty sometimes the cucumbers needs to get refreshed but other then that they are not bad. I used to go a lot but now I am going less. There potato bites are good and always hot.

Should I have read the reviews like I normally do, prior to coming in? Yes. It would have helped me to make a proper decision on maybe skipping this location, but alas I was out and about and wanted something that was fairly simple to give my girls while we were running a few errands. I'm giving a star for the decent service I received over the phone from a gentleman who answered my questions about the dozen bagel box, he was friendly enough though the interaction felt a bit rushed, it was fine as I was already on my way there so I felt confident my order could be taken care of in store. Once we entered the store, there were people sitting in a few of the tables and two people in line ahead of me. The young man who I had spoken to over the phone was at the register and helped me place my order, and again he was friendly enough. He informed me that my order would be paid for and picked up at the other counter to my right. I stepped to the other counter, and after waiting several minutes a young lady came to ring me up. The total was just under $26 for a box of 13 bagels and two containers of schmear. As I was paying, I simply asked if I could please have two of my bagels warmed up to take with me. And she just replied "No." I was a bit shocked, and asked her "Really?" Her response was "We're really busy right now." And I guess she could read the incredulous look on my face...as isn't the whole Einstein Bagel business model, to make and serve bagels to their customers? So she asks "Well if you really want, I'll ask." And not in a happy way either, she walks away and asks and of course the manager obliges. So it takes about another 3 minutes to get the extra two bagels and the young lady hands them to me without saying another word, just an extra side of tude'. You know, I get it...we all have those days sometimes right? Only it doesn't seem to be the case with this particular location from now having read the other reviews. So I'm definitely making a mental note and will bypass this experience when I'm in the mood for bagels.

Went in to order my favorite breakfast sandwich. The all nighter on an Asiago bagel. Nathan greeted me promptly with a gentle smile. I asked about a chocolate chip item that was discontinued. The manager, Jeanette was helpful with my questions. Food was quick, toasted and delicious. Great experience. Will return!!

This is for real ridiculous. Got charged for an All Nighter bagel which includes two eggs and bacon which I didn't get any of the eggs. I asked solely for the bacon to be swapped for turkey sausage and added a cranberry juice. I got charged full price for a bagel that had no eggs a smidge of chipotle sauce not even enough to cover the whole bun.
