I don't know what the bad reviews are for this location is friendly, fast and clean. I'm gonna put you up on game young gym bros... You buy an 8 piece meal with veggies and beans on Monday. You can eat that until Wednesday do it again you have chicken and protein all week for $56 Get the green sauce and onions. Pretty pretty pretty good

Absolutely delicious I came here for a business function and in Portland Oregon and all of WA State we don't have any El Polo Loco being a CA Native this is one of my favorite spots to enjoy. So after it being 2 years since I've been able to enjoy El Polo Loco they didn't disappoint I ordered my usual Double Chicken Tostada and 3 Taco El Cabons absolutely delicious the avocado sauce is where it's at. Absolutely great service and restaurant was clean and refreshing and cool which is always nice on a hot day in the sun. The entire experience was absolutely perfect. Thank you

The worst! Why is the food burnt! Not only that he had no flavor! How is that possible. This location has been a hit or miss for years. Yesterday it was rock bottom for me, like why does steamed broccoli have dirt on it? I'm very disappointed!

If I could give no stars I would. Absolutely worst el pollo loco. Even for the east side . Danielle should be fired or demoted. I was in the drive thru .no line nobody in store. I was greeted with normal prerecorded greet. Then told to hold on .(normal) so I waited and waited and waited. After 12 minutes I had enough. I went inside. Not 1 customer in lobby. Nobody in drive thru. I asked what's going on.3 other employees looked at me and stated Danielle is taking orders and she is the supervisor. I asked to speak to her. She told me she left me in the drive thru on hold because she was on the phone. I asked if anybody could have helped me. Her response " yep" " you gonna order now or not" ?? I said excuse me .what's your name she touched her chest to cover her name tag that she want wearing and said " i cant give that to you" your employees already said her name (Daniella ). I asked for a manger. I was not helped i called the store and was hung up on as soon as I asked for manager information. By Danielle Absolutely worst.

We ordered three tacos, Al Carbone, combos two of which we asked for no thigh meat, we received three taco combos with no meat at all! It was just tortillas and cilantro no meat or onions when I went to pick up the meal they never said anything about not having onions they just let me pick up the meal and go. They didn't think to ask if I really wanted no meat on my tacos, why would I want tortillas and cilantro??. They also gave me corn instead of cole slaw and didnt include pico with the 3 orders of chips. We called the location and spoke to somebody, he was extremely argumentative, blaming us for ordering wrong! Are you kidding me? He wouldn't even let me talk. To make it worse it smelled like putrid oil from the grease traps and there were 3 homeless people sleeping in the drive-through, one asked me to buy her food twice.

Food and service was terrible. Got home and the meat was old and hard. The bowl was supposed to have avacado slices but instead had guacamole. I was not given a receipt and had to ask multiple times for sauce only to get home and not be able to eat it anyway. A waste of money. The service and food has went completely down! I will NOT be returning to this location

It was lunch time, 1:30, the place had maybe 5 people inside eating and I was the only one in line. It took 4 people to tell me what was the actual 3 pieces in a 3-piece meal. The sign says "thigh and leg" or "breast and wing", both of which only tells 2 pieces. After someone understood my question I ordered the 3-piece meal that includes 2 thighs and 1 leg. Then they asked if I would take a corn tortilla because they were out of flour ones. But, I could see a big flour one, a package of them that they use to make burritos. I said that since I would normally get two small flour tortillas, could they just give me one big one, as I don't like the corn ones. The cash register guy asked another guy, who must have been the manager or asst. manager, and he said "no". I left.

Man this place needs to be shut down. Chicken was dry and obviously sitting out just waiting to be served to some sucker (me). Can you teach the staff to recognize what dry chicken looks like and ask them not to serve it? The soda machine was out and everything coming out of it was bitter. No soap or paper towels in the bathroom. Whoever owns this place, please take some pride in your restaurant.
