Really, really good food, and solid service for a fast food place. This was my first time here, and I had a chicken burrito. It had lots of flavor, and was very filling. The meal came out quickly, and it was delicious

Parking is a little difficult as the parking spots for El Pollo Loco are right next to their drive-thru area. If it gets busy in the drive-thru, and you park, it may be difficult to get out. My family and I were craving some El Pollo Loco on a Tuesday evening for dinner. El Pollo Loco has a wide range of options on their menus, such as tacos, burritos, quesadillas, and bowls. They cook their chicken on an open-flame grill, which allows for a unique taste to their food! El Pollo Loco uses fresh ingredients. We placed a drive-thru order, which consisted of the following The Pollo Bowl (No Pico, Onions, or Cilantro) included drink and chips $5.00 Chicken Taco Al Carbon included drink and chips $5.00 Two Cinnamon Churros Classic Double Pollo Fit Bowl (Lettuce, Red Cabbage and Carrot Blend, Avocado, Queso Fresco, Super Greens, Salsa Fresca, Chopped Chicken Breast, Pepitas) - $11.50 Even though there were several cars ahead of us, the drive-thru was quick! We didn't wait longer than 5 minutes to pick up our meals. We didn't check the bag to see if the order was accurate, though. We should have! As soon as we got to our residence and opened the order, we saw that they forgot the two cinnamon churros, which we were charged for, and the Pollo Bowl was assembled incorrectly It had all the pico, onions, and cilantro. The Classic Double Fit Bowl, one of their newest offerings, was pretty good, though. We ended up taking a salad bowl to mix all the ingredients. The Chicken Taco Al Carbon didn't have many chicken pieces in the tacos and too many onions. We'll have to try another El Pollo Loco location.

Food was good ... Ordering was like pulling teeth -5 stars.. Slow, rude and just terrible service. Over 5 mins to take my order on the inside. Going to other location. Ft apache and Hacienda sucked. They need to revamp the staff from mgmt down!!

You can pick up on Jaiden's friendly attitude because it reminds me of myself. It may have been a small moment in a random drive-thru but that kindness went so far; I just finished at the doctors, in my own stressed little world. I've had plenty of jobs working drive-thru and it's not easy. I had to tell him how rare his type of customer services is. I have no clue what you are going through but being kind to strangers will never go out of style. Keep up the good work!

Dirty, understaffed, slow. These self-service kiosks are the worst. Confused customers take forever to order, and there's nobody around to assist. Please STOP this horrible system. Tables were dirty. Bathrooms were gross. Overworked staff just couldn't keep up. These efforts to save money by replacing humans with screens are gonna kill this business. I'm already gone.

First time at Pollo Loco...will be the last. On 8 JAN '25 at 11am I paid over $16 for the 3-piece chicken and not only left hungry and disturbed but left smelling like I work in that kitchen - disgusting. I went back to the counter and asked for another wing since the one I got looked really bad. Disgruntled that I would ask such a thing, the server said she has to make more. At lunch time ?!? Altho she did offer to give me another one that looks exactly the same - old and overcooked. I thanked her for making me another. Then after 6 mins of waiting I went back to see if it was ready. She said it will take another 5-6 mins since she just turned on the fryer. At lunch time?!? Thankfully after just 4 additional minutes, she handed me a freshly cooked wing. Truth be told, I am upset AT MYSELF for giving Pollo Loco a try. I spent $16. I'm upset, still hungry, and I smell like fried food.

The young lady in the front was very nice and helped me out complete my order! Food was good; I like their tostadas salads, but lately their chicken has being too dry! For me personally I could have a little more rice in the salad. I preferred the avocado salsa than the dressing which could be a little thicker.

I'm a frequent customer. Been in there a handful of times in the past week. The service is consistent, but more importantly, the quality of the food is consistent. I have also noticed that many older customers, or those who don't speak or read much English, have difficulty using the self-service kiosks. However, I notice that on every occasion, an associate steps in to assist them. Restaurant is usually pretty clean. Thanks again, staff! See you all soon.
