We loved our experience with Elite Transportation! Meilin was very helpful for the quoting and planning and their quote came out most competitive. Alan was very responsive for the 1 day prior as well as all the way to the start. We had a great time, AC worked great, and very nice bus and stereo. Alan even recommended additional stops and also was knowledgeable with getting around the chapel. Highly recommended to all!

Everything was perfect for our transportation. First off the communication was so fast. I sent a message on Christmas not expecting a response but the team was still so quick to help me in a 48 hour turn around. Each driver we had were so nice and made sure to call ahead to confirm all the details. We went to and from the Sphere and everything was so smooth even after a sold out a show there. Can't wait to use Elite again for the future :)

If you have a large group and need a party bus, Elite Transportation is the way to go! Called and made a reservation a month in advance. Correspondence by email was also great. We worked out the contract and fees without any issues. A week before the reservation they called to confirm all the details. The day of the appointment I received a call from the driver Kristie. She arrived on time and everything went flawlessly. The party bus was in excellent shape and was super cool. Great AC, Bluetooth connection for music worked great. No complaints at all. Great experience and I would highly recommend using Elite Transportation- and having Kristie as the driver made the experience that much better. She knows this town and handles a massive bus like it's nothing!

I did a horrible job of getting photos of the limo but service was great!!! They stayed in touch and contacted frequently to include day before to confirm and then when their headed your way. We had the Chrysler 300 limo which was nice and fit 7 nicely. The driver was friendly, patient and kept the music hood to make the vibe. One of the cheaper options in vegas but wasn't cheap on experience.

We rented a party bus for our wedding and they were so easy to work with! They were right on time and it was a smooth ride to the wedding and the dinner. Great for a large group.

Had a blast with elite transportation for a friend's wedding party on June 4. Picked up in a timely manner, brought our own cooler filled with drinks and ice. Kept the ac at a nice temp. Brought us to the chapel, then to the reception dinner afterwards, then back to hotel! What a hoot! Thank you!!

Okay when you have an Adult Group Event planned and you want to arrive safely and in style, call these guys! Sure it costs a bit but hey we got everywhere we wanted on our Birthday Tiki-Bar Crawl in style and had a great time! The bus is decked out with music, club lighting, tv's, leather banquets and yes a dance pole! The service that Shaina provided was First Rate and she was so polite and patient. Our ride was always close and ready each time we wanted to move to the next spot on our adventure! Sometimes you just gotta go big and this is how we do it "Vegas Style Baby "!!!

We used Elite off the reviews on here and Google, and I'm glad we did! Elite was super easy to get ahold of and ask questions, as well as book the party bus. They had amazing communication before and during the process. We had a group of 22 people on the bus and every person mentioned how much fun it was and how great the bus was. Alan was our driver and he was amazing during the 4 hours we had the bus. His communication and driving skills are top notch and we can't thank him enough for the great time we all had!

The booking experience for this company was easy and they were flexible with changes we had. However, our actual ride experience was horrible. We were picked up over an hour late after a concert and got mixed stories of them being backed up and then the story changed to the freeway was shut (which it was). They said someone else was at the concert and they had booked a ride before us but the concert ended late, which it didn't. We then were told two additional locations before the freeway was closed. Nothing aligned. My main issue was I received a text an hour before my pickup the driver was on the way. Getting ahold of people was hard and the customer service was horrible. We were hung up on twice. I honestly feel bad for the driver that his team didn't help him more and provide a better customer experience. Wouldn't use them again due to the lack of transparency in the pick up process. There were a ton of other companies picking up parties on time after the show, I would explore your options before using this company.
