Im starting to become a pro here and no by choice. I still don't have a car but i need a rental. I like this place because even when they are busy, they do have a decent coffee shop across the way to grab something while you wait. Last couple times here wasn't a big issue getting my car. First time i got a compact. fun note: the max you can rent a car is for a month if you need to get that far. Easy access to locate location off sunset. I am not writing this from a vacation stand point but a having no car stand point. I appreciate the help they gave me here. Both their customer service on the phone and in person. If you have an employee discount, you do need to verify how you work at that location.

We rented a car somewhat last minute from this location today to drive over to Pahrump for the day. The staff got us set up in a clean & affordable SUV. The car was great. The service was great. The website was easy to navigate to set up the reservation. I would highly recommend this location & staff.

Sydney Fedinec. Got a rental because our car needed updates. Got home and got a notification that there's an AirTag following me. Called the office and they said it's not theirs and there's nothing they can do. Zero accountability for the fact that my location is now open for whoever's AirTag it is. She kept saying what do you want me to do? There's nothing I can do. Complete defensiveness. When I asked for a manager, she said she is the manager. Sydney Fedinec. Also told me I'm not going to be able to spell her name so why bother lol. Worst customer service I've ever received from Enterprise. Oh and the car came with less than half a tank of gas.

They make everything easy! Needed to rent a car while ours was at the mechanic. Came in, took about 15mins to get set up and took less than 5 to drop the car and be on my way! Definitely will rent from here again. Prices are also very decent.

I had a very satisfying experience at Sunset road Enterprise in LV recently. Bri helped me and gave me an excellent 2025 economy car that got great gas mileage. I was taking a western trip through Utah and Arizona, going to three national parks over 8 days. I would use this location again if I fly into LV again to do another western trip.... Happy and satisfied customer!

I heard from my friend they had an awful experience with them as the car they rented had an AIR TAG stuck in a spot that couldnt be removed as if it was put their intentionally. (people do this to steal them later). So its potentially revealing her location to bad people inviting danger to her home and the manager Sydney Fedinec, handled it horribly mocking my friend and saying there's nothing we can do about it.. very unprofessional and putting people in danger. If you go in to rent a car and see a Sydney Fedinec walking around, just leave.

Tried renting a Tesla here through my insurance after Hertz left me sitting for an hour at the Auto Repair Shop. Cost was double what it was at Hertz. At this point I'm frustrated and just want to get home so I agree. Finished signing the paperwork and learned you can't use the Tesla App through Enterprise. I tell them to just cancel everything and refund me and I'll make other arrangements. An hour later I get an invoice and they are trying to bill my insurance for a one day rental which is a complete fraud. I never took possession of the vehicle. While waiting there Zeke was telling me how he started the day with 5 Teslas and had none left. They tried to claim the hour I was sitting in their lobby waiting for the Tesla to get picked up from the Tire Shop and get cleaned was the length of time I rented it. In reality I never took possession of the car, didn't even touch it. I signed the tablet, was waiting for the car to get cleaned and brought up to the front and cancelled within 5 minutes of signing. My insurance has limits on how much rental car they will cover so Enterprise trying to misrepresent the situation and claim I took the car out of use for a period of time and charging me an entire day for a car I never touched is beyond scammer level. Not to mention they had multiple people call who wanted Tesla's while I was sitting there, so they were going to turn around and rent this out immediately. I'm definitely considering filing a complaint with the Nevada Attorney General, because this feels like it goes beyond misrepresentation but also possible fraud and unfair trade practices.

I have to give props to the man, the legend they call X at this location. He was very helpful. I appreciate the time that he took with us to get us up and on our way.
