Outstanding service once again--from the manager down to the cleaning crew. Enterprise called two days in advance of my reservation to confirm the vehicle I had reserved would be available. Upon arrival, the minivan was spotless, and the service was warm and welcoming. When I returned the rental, I was immediately offered a return ride home. Looking forward to renting from this location again soon.

Made a reservation for a small cargo van online. Went to pick it up at Summerlin Enterprise. Female clerk: oh, we don't have any vans. Me: I have a reservation for one, to be picked up here, from an hour ago Clerk: we never have vans or trucks. You could try calling our other locations. Me: so my reservation means nothing? Clerk: I dunno. You could call other locations. Me: any chance that YOU could call other locations, since Enterprise obviously screwed up? Clerk: I was right in the middle of something [at that moment, 1 other customer in room, and 2 other Enterprise staff members sitting at desks] Etc --- Long story short: if you don't want your car rental experience to sound like the dialog above, avoid this place We wound up renting a van from a nearby U-Haul for 75% of the price. And with great and friendly service.

I received a truck from this location to take on vacation after arriving in California I found out the vehicle was missing 3 lug nuts off one of the rims. After further examination we found out both back tires had multiple loose lug nuts. I can't believe a company like enterprise doesn't check for something as important as lug nuts. I would highly recommend never using enterprise rental car again.

I was in a rush to get here bc I was on my lunch break and needed to pick up my husband first. We got there and were the only ones present. The process was quick... went in, guy helped us check in and I think we signed some things, went outside to check the car out- he even suggested to take a videoclip of the inside and outside of the car... and we were on our way! The car was clean, not A+ clean, but I didn't feel gross in it. The windshield needed a quick wipe down. The whole process from leaving my house and getting back home was under 12 minutes. Love this erac. Returning the car took a little longer, only bc there were a couple people ahead of us, but this will still be my fave site... hands down.

I've been renting with enterprise since 2007. I just can't stop myself to make this review for this particular location. Every time I rent a car with this location, including following up with my reservation at least minimum two days before my rental day to confirm that my car is available The person that I would always speak in this location would always guarantee that my car is there, but when the day comes that I have to pick up my rentals it's either my car is not there or my car is not available all the time. Three times that it happened to me in this location. I just can't understand how they could let this happen. I just wanted to make this review to make people aware for all enterprise followers. Save yourself sometime and go somewhere else. I gave them three chances and it always end up very disappointing rain the experience supposed to be a simple ass. Yes, we have your vehicle. But no, always an issue when I rent with this location. From now on, I'm sticking to the airport locationfor good.

Improve Everything! Rude rental agents, unprofessional branch manager, poor inventory - never has booked car class, tries to charge for other vehicle/ upgrade. Policy is to provide the next vehicle up when booked class is not available, often an argument. Does not meet the customers needs, zero empathy, does not solve problems well, if at all. Last 3 business rentals have gotten progressively worse.

Absolutely worse place to rent from. Had a reservation at 5:30pm to rent a car. Arrived a few minutes before, around 5:27pm and they already had the doors locked. Two girls looked directly at me and ignored me. I was not aware they closed at 5:30 and they still allowed for me to pick up a reservation time at 5:30. They could have easily helped me since all my information was already in the system. Definitely will not use enterprise again and especially from this location!!

Terrible Rental Experience. Made a reservation for 8am. Arrived at 7:50am, there were 8 persons in line. After the open the door there was only one person working the counter. After 35 minutes it was my turn. I was told that it would be at least an hour to get the car because they had too many cars getting clean. Two hours later I was still waiting for a car. Don't bother to rent from here if you need to get the car on time.

The ladies at this location are top notch with their customer service skills. They made me feel like they valued me as a customer and really took care of our situation. We don't see this kind of service anymore. Thank you Helena and the very caring woman who took care of us at the beginning. Thank you!!

We've now rented from this location 6 times, and every time, it's been great. They've always had the car we rented, on time, and clean. The people that work here are always friendly and courteous. Has never taken more than 15 min. to rent the car, even with other people in line. Our last rental was yesterday, and we were in and out in 10 min., even though there was an issue with the one person ahead of us in line. We won't ever rent a car from anywhere else. We made the mistake of going to the Budget located on Tropicana (see my review of it) because they were cheaper for that date, and it was HELLISH. Will never ever ever make that mistake again.
