Hands down one of the best rental experiences I've had in Vegas! Envy Go Rentals made everything super easy -- quick pickup, clean cars, and zero hassle. You can tell they actually care about their customers, not just running a business. The car I got was in great shape and made my trip way smoother. 4/22/2025- Will be in Vegas in a few days, and decided to see if I could find a car rental. Unfortunately, my go to rental car was out of vehicles, which led me to search on Yelp (although now they may be my regular when in town).... Impressed with the website and decided to call. Received a call back, and spoke with Jakob. I asked a lot of questions, and he was right there with each answer. The website does present itself as more of a customized car rental and making the customer feel VIP... I did not know they offer to and from transportation to the airport... Also, they can deliver the car to the business or hotel.. (exactly what I was looking for).. It's scary venturing out of my comfort zone with a new business- but at some point one has to have faith and trust and cross over to being a risk taker.... Thanks for the great customer service and being very transparent!! Maybe you can open a rental in my city-lol... I know if I don't reserve this trip (a short quick two day trip)..plus a music fest going on- if I really need a car- but I know I will rent on future trips...

I used their online form to make my request and gave them the dates and some details. Zion called me within minutes and left a message asking me to call him back. I messaged him back as I do not want a hard sell through the phone. I want things in writing. I messaged him that I would like a quote via email or text. After a few hours he responded with some questions in order to provide a quote. He asked me if my foreign DL was accepted in the states which he should already have known the answer. He asked how many passengers which I have never in my 70 years been asked. He then wanted to know to where I would be driving. Another slightly unusual question. I responded politely that I was traveling alone and have rented many cars in the states with my foreign DL. I reluctantly told him to where I was traveling. He then quoted me a price. I should say that I was looking for a less expensive rental as I already had one booked. I saw that they were supposedly veteran operated which I asked him to confirm but he did not. His quote was $330 more than my other booking which are for 17 days. My other booking quote also included basic insurance which Envy did not. I disclosed this to him upon his request. He responded by saying that he could "help with the price". This immediately turned me off and I told him that I expected the best price on the original quote. He has not responded after 3 days now. So I will stick with my highly rated company with the contract I already have.

Jakob and the EnvyGo Rental team were professional, friendly, and made the process seamless. We rented a new Hyundai Elantra for a Yosemite road trip it was in perfect condition, fuel-efficient, and incredibly comfortable. Great prices, excellent service, and a convenient location. From start to finish, Jakob and his team at Envy GO made my rental process quick, painless, and highly personalized. I needed a rental car for a last minute DJ gig in Palm Springs, and Jakob went above and beyond to provide me with a vehicle that was tailored to fit my needs. I've rented from other companies in the past and have ran into cleanliness / performance issues, but the car they provided for me was in great condition, and very clean! The Envy GO team are very professional, and will do their absolute best to get you the car that you need for your travels. I will definitely be renting from them more often.

Me and my girl planned a last minute trip to California but Envy GO was still able to accommodate and come through with a car in time. Pretty clutch if you ask me. Customer Service was amazing! Jakob was super friendly and personable which made it easy to communicate with whatever we needed to make our car rental process as smooth as possible. Car was in great condition and came with a full tank of gas! Will definitely be using Envy Go in the future.

This place is awesome. They are better and owned and are very respectful. I went in last week and rented a vehicle. The process was seamless and very simple. I would have to recommend all my friends to go to this place. I'm not ever going to rent from somewhere else ever again.
