Long lines and shady business practice. They are really trying to pull all of the stops to get you to buy their insurance. So expect double the price then hey have quoted.

This is as low as a company can be. Pathetic garbage company DO NOT USE!!!!! I cancelled my reservation because called twice and after successfully making reservation,I could not get a e mailed confirmation sent to me. Could not understand their talking. Find another company. Is it that hard to get a e mail sent out. Jeez. When a company has this many bad reviews they should be out of business.

Amazing prices at this location. I got in a car accident and did not have a car rental. I wasn't sure I was going to win my case. My lawyer told me to make sure I keep the price under twenty dollars a day. I was easily able to do that at this location. I'm a local, so it is a lot more difficult renting a car. Make sure you ask what you need to rent a car before you go. No one could beat their prices. I did book through a 3rd party it was even cheaper. Luckily, I won my case and was reimbursed a little under $900 for my rental. Had to rent a car for a month, and that was an awesome deal. Employees were empathetic and really helpful when I was crazy stressed out.

NO STARS! None! Not in the regular rental car space at LAS airport. You get to wait for 30 minutes unsheltered by the sun for a van to eventually pick you up, promising that ,"we will be at the lot in 5 minutes" while listening to blaring imo "music". Then , it gets even worse! A dusty rapidly created lot beside a vacant building. You enter a modular with 3 employees. 2 can check you in the other to call past customers asking if they have returned their cars?! I waited in this line for 35 minutes and was told I need to provide PROOF of my insurance or they will take $400.00+ from my credit card but that will be refunded upon return in 5-6 business days. You need to complete a paper form, as they make a photo copy of your license ( to sell to the world?). I left. Waited in the lot for my ride back upon swift cancellation.

Verbally abusive to customers in the lobby not me but several others. Won't answer phone calls won't return rental deposits. The worst car rental I have ever used

Im standing in line now. I was #2 in line then they allowed several others to cut in front of me from Payless next door. Each person is taking 25 mins to process. There is ONE guy working the counter and he is like a brain dead robot. There are two other EZ employees behind the counter and 2 more computers, but they are just sitting there not working. After the main counter you have to wait in line again at the booth downstairs in the garage!!!! They told me I would get a midsize Chevy but I got a tiny Toyota and the entire back fender is sideswiped. Total time to pick up car... 1hr 25mins and I was #2 in line!!!!! GO ELSEWEHERE!!!!

Never rent from these crooks. So I picked up the vehicle in Phoenix at a rate of $20/ per day. Once I dropped it off in Vegas they had a $250 handling fee. Ok cool. Then they turn around and add an additional $399 to the day rate of the car. So I paid right under $1000 for a two day rental of a Hyundai Santa Fe. Use these crooks at your own risk.

This was overall a very bad experience. I went here because I saw on Kayak that I can rent a car for $25 / day. When the lady behind the counter quoted me my price, I asked what the per day rate was, and she told me about $25 / day. It turns out this was the rate without tax and fees included even though the quote on Kayak was with everything included. I signed the contract without reading through and doing the calculations, which was my fault. I just wanted to get into the car already. I specifically asked for them not to add supplementary liability insurance and they put that in my invoice and contract anyway. I also got a fuel charge of $62.99 even though I returned the car with the same amount of fuel that I received it with. I tried to dispute the fuel charge and they said the burden of proof is on me, even though they do not have any proof I returned the car with a half tank (I didn't). I now have to dispute it with my credit card company. I will definitely not use E-Z Rent-A-Car in any location again. Not easy at all.

I have rented with EZ Rent A Car several times in the past few years and have had an excellent experience each time. The prices have always been reasonable and the vehicles clean and nice. On this last trip, Sean who works at the rental desk, went out of his way to get my vehicle to me as quickly as possible since they were backed up. He apologized and said they were vacuuming and washing my vehicle and it would just be a few more min. I appreciated the extra steps they took to make sure the vehicles were rental ready. From start to finish the entire process took 20 min. Dropping off my vehicle was also a seamless process.

Absolutely horrible arrived on a Monday afternoon the place was dead. The lady that checked me in was so rude, and unprofessional. They had me wait for 20 minutes telling me someone should call by than. After 20 minutes, I checked back in and the lady started arguing with me about how it had only been 17 minutes instead of 20. She called and finally the car was ready, keep in mind no one else was in line, I can only imagine how horrible they are during the weekend.
