Took our first Fantasy RV tour this summer. What a great time! Met lots of great people and enjoyed the many outings with our Wagon Masters, Tail Gunners and new friends. All activities and outings were planned for us and we could just sit back and relax. Looking forward to our next trip!

Complete SCAM! I booked a very expensive Alaska trip for next year. I was told that my deposit was refundable except for a small processing fee. Unfortunately I had to cancel the trip 2 months ago. I was told that l would receive a refund within 30 days via check. My deposit was made using a Visa card. For the last month all I have received are a series of ridiculous excuses as to why I haven't received my refund in the past 2 months. Of course their most popular excuse is the check is in the mail; just wait another 10 days. The postal service may be slow but not that slow. I don't know if Fantasy Tours is a Ponzi scheme or just inept but I would highly recommend NOT doing business with them. I'm out nearly $2,500! Wish you all the best and safe travels but stay clear of this company.

If that was a fantasy trip it had nothing to do with what Fantasy RV Tours provide. Not one VIP experience was provided. I was provided basically the same experience that people who were in the same campground received first 75 a night. Our RV had 3 people at 883 a night for 6 nights. We could of had the VIP treatment on the field and much more for far less money. I just don't see why they don't provide better experiences and a better camp site. We were told on the balloon field, that is not true. Your better off getting in the camping area that overlooks the launch field. The wagon masters were great but they can only provide what Fantasy gives them. Very disapointed in Fantasy. I am extremely happy with the Albuquerque Balloon Fiesta, will go back for sure just not with Fantasy.

Did the Albuquerque balloon Fiesta rally (they call it a rally if you stay stationary). The Fiesta as put on by the city of Albuquerque is fantastic. Most of what Fantasy does is get your reservations, and feed you. But the cost of doing that is quite high. Five nights in a "premium" site is $500 (with water and electric) if you book it directly through the Fiesta web site. Entry into the Fiesta is $15 per session, so that's like $60 per day if you go to both sessions every day (not likely). One pump out and water fill is $80. This plus meals, beer and wine, is what Fantasy provides (they do put you on a bus to the old town, Turquoise museum and Nuclear museum, but, again, that really is minimal cost). The total cost if you do it on your own, not including the food and side trips is $880. We paid, $3500 booking through fantasy. That might be worth it to some, but, the reality is, we were parked in the worst part of the parking lot, with fine silt all around. We could not walk into our rv without tracking in tons of dirt, Most of the other areas that can be booked individually through the Fiesta are hardpacked gravel. The hosts really don't give much in the way of suggestions on how to enjoy the festival. We had to find out for ourselves the best place to take chairs and watch the balloons or fireworks in the evening. The park provides the transportation, to the Fiesta, not Fantasy, via school bus. You cannot watch the balloons take off from where Fantasy has their parking locations,, or watch the night glow, you must take the school bus to the launching point. You can see some of the fireworks, but not the drone show. You can watch them fly over, and frankly, that is most impressive. If you get on the reservations the first of the year, you have a pretty good chance of getting a spot, per our conversations with some in the park that have done that. There are multiple other non-profit organizations, like Escapees or Monaco that I'm aware that have spots that can be reserved through them. The absolute worst part is that the salesman that sold us this package didn't disclose any of this. He told us that we'd be in a "field" over looking the balloons taking off. When I brought this to Fantasy's attention, the blew it off. Bottom line, Fantasy really does not provide the value on this particular rally they offer.

Unfortunately, they are very generous in giving time for attendees to pay for their booking past the due date - leaving people on the waiting list for far too long and severely limiting our ability to pre-plan. I don't recommend you sign up w/ them unless you're in a guaranteed slot - DO NOT get on their waiting list. For a group that knows what it takes to book a trip, and the advance planning required, they just left us hanging far too long so we had to cancel so we have time to book alternatives. Customer support was friendly, but flaky on being able to confirm our trip and the variety of excuses made us feel uncomfortable.

We had the pleasure of traveling with Fantasy RV tours on the Western National Parks tour in September of this year. It was perfect, well organized and best of all we did not have to make any of the arrangements. Our wagon master and tail gunners were excellent. We met so many wonderful people. I would highly recommend Fantasy RV tours!

Will take your money in an instant but take their sweet time giving it back, with a steep penalty, if things don't work out. "On vacation, didn't see your email", "didn't check my voice mails todays", etc. Not mentioned on their web site is the "30 day" waiting period before refunds are issued for reservations or waiting lists. Wanted my bank information for direct deposit, not happening, claims check sent on the 10th of the month, now the 17th and still no check. Do you homework before booking with this company, lots of reviews on the internet.
