I ordered the 5 person limo. It was bigger than we expected. And we loved the party lights inside. The communication when our flight landed was awesome. I immediately had a text that they were waiting for us and which terminal to meet them. They held a special sign that I had requested. The chauffeur was very friendly and handled all of our luggage. We were able to choose our own music to play over the speaker during our drive. It was a lot of fun for a 21st birthday. I just only wish they had a bottle of champagne in the limo for us to pop and start our vacation as it was hard to bring in our luggage. I would use this company again.

The experience was fantastic; our driver was punctual, professional, and fun. Five Star confirmed our pickup 30 minutes prior, and I'll definitely use them again.

Five star limo is an excellent limo servicing in Las Vegas. They are reasonably priced. Provide excellent service. I have used them 4 times when going to Vegas in a larger group. I've never been disappointed. Meet and greet service. Friendly drivers. Timely communication. Great vehicles. This last time we were surprised and got upgraded to their stretch hummer. Very very cool. When thinking about using a limo service. Check these guys out!

Our party of 8 used Five Start Limo for a sightseeing tour through Red Rock Canyon. This is an excellent option if you have limited time, don't want to rent a car or book a group tour. The whole trip from the strip and back took around 3 hours and cost much less than an organized tour or a taxi for the same number of people. Rafael drove us through the 13 mile Scenic Drive at the park making stops at panoramic viewing spots and giving us time off to take lots of photos. A combination of the limo comfort, breathtaking views and a great service made this trip one of the most enjoyable experiences I've ever had at Vegas. Look forward to my next visit and a ride with Five Start Limo!

While in town for a volleyball tournament, we booked the stretch hummer limo for our 12 thirteen year olds & 2 parents. We went with the mini strip tour & had THE best time!! This company was easy to work with from the beginning, as they responded to my many emails quickly & provided all the information I needed. On the day of, our driver called to confirm and to send photos of the limo. He picked us up at our hotel & took us on the strip tour for photo ops, also stopping for dessert! Our driver was wonderful, even with the screaming/squealing and singing teens in the back! We had such a great time and this was a great team bonding hang!!

CPCN1113 This guy almost causes an accident. Not because you are driving limo means you own the street. Changing lanes like there is no one else on the road. No idea if anyone was in that limo but horrible driver.

Five star SCAM! So even though they were in time at the airport once they picked us up they only agreed to one stop for beverages and snacks. This one stop was at Five Star Liquor store. The limo driver was so helpful she even grabbed a cart and encouraged us to buy buy buy. Everything was overpriced by like 250%. Complete scam to stop at their liquor store. If we would have known we would have waited. She walked the aisles putting stuff in the cart fully knowing we would be paying an arm and a leg. Lastly the limo was in the way to the Grand Canyon. In other words the driver told us they needed to take off their fleet because the limo was so old. I think unfortunately they need to revamp and get nicer limos. Was pretty disappointed but we were committed by this point. The limo their was the white one seen in pics and the limo back was the black one. Either way both old and smelly.
