Love this spot! The smoothies are always flavorful, and the staff are super friendly. The cashier Rocco made my smoothie and was super nice. The vibe is perfect for getting some work done or catching up with friends. Their turkey pesto sandwich is super good too.

Good service. Chill ambience. Cool drinks! Stopped in to get some work done and ordered the seasonal Blueberry Gingerbread Latte, which tasted like Christmas. I also ordered the October Seasonal Flight, which was Wicked themed. Good drinks and it was super cute! Seems like there's a bit of a wait for everyone's drinks, but I witnessed the baristas working hard. My flight took about 10 minutes to come, which wasn't an issue since I was planning to spend some time here anyways. My barista was kind enough to offer me a free pastry for the longer wait. Thanks to him I got to try the chocolate croissant which was also good. I recommend this spot and I would come here again!

Worst experience ever! During my last few visits, the drive-thru has been ridiculous! I had to wait in a line over 25 minutes for my order when I was the Third vehicle in line. I started ordering via the app to avoid the long drive-thru line. The first few orders went through smoothly, however, I don't know what happened today. I arrived and my drink order was being made. The guy preparing the sandwiches then told me my bacon croissant sandwich was over there and pointed to the station where they are made. I proceeded to wait an additional 10 to 15 minutes while the guy and this older lady walked by me ignoring me. After this additional 15 minute wait, the guy grabbed a box that had been sitting there the whole time and said that was my order. He offered to reheat it and I told them I had been waiting so long that I had to leave. I then opened the box in my vehicle and discovered that he had given me the wrong sandwich. I was livid! I requested to speak to his manager/ owner. He pretended to go into a small side rm and came back claiming he couldn't reach her. This whole time I hadn't heard any conversation having taken place so I really doubt that he contacted anyone. Perhaps he had spoken to the older woman inside the room. I asked for a refund and he kept claiming that he couldn't do it because the order was placed through the app. This discussion went on and on. I couldn't believe how rude he was given that he had me wait so long. I explained to him I had been here previously and the young ladies That work the window had advised me that the delays have been due to him working the sandwich station so slowly. After all my debating, I left with no sandwich and no refund. I had to contact my credit card to dispute the claim and get my refund. I sent their manager a message via Yelp and still have not received a return message for over a week. The guy when we were arguing claimed that he was the manager. I told him I don't think so given that Browen had contacted me previously saying that she was the manager. This location has lost this customer for life. I literally have been here everyday this past 2 weeks. I don't understand how they can afford to lose such good customers and act so rudely given the prices that they charge! Especially since I watched the dude grab rubbery egg patties in a bag I thought he was making my sandwich. No wonder these breakfast sandwiches have tasted like rubber lately. They have just been reheating refrigerated eggs!!!

Came here to sample everything but left disappointed that the coffee and toast flights were not available to go. When I statlrted my order I said to go and proceed to order 2 coffee and toast flights each to sample everything. Also ordered a couple breakfast bagels, frappes, a lox bagel and a bacon croissant. After finishing our order the girl at the register apologized and told us that the coffee and toast flights were not available to go. That was a major bummer especially since I specified when I started my order it was to go. We ended up getting a drip coffee (it was free when signing up for their rewards program) and a rose tea latte along with our frappes and breakfast sandwiches and bagels. The coffee was horrible! It tasted burnt and extremely bitter. The rose tea latte tasted like milk. Both were very disappointing. The frappes were good but tasted more of sugar than anything. The bagels and sandwiches were worth the visit but a little pricey imo. I'd like to return to dine in and try the toast and coffee flights.

This is OK sometimes get the turkey pesto turkey on the side. I give the turkey to the dogs which they do enjoy. I don't know every time I go out. I understand that you use pinenuts in pesto, they are not my favorite and I can always just secretly taste them. Yeah, this is my last time in the pesto sandwich. It is good though I just wish pinenuts were not used in pesto. I usually make it with a different nut. My nephew, he got the egg and bacon croissant. He said it was fine, but he wouldn't go back. At least it was warm for a cold day. He was happy to try it tho at least once. The guy at the window was cool, he offered pupcups n my last request was water cus we just came back from the park. Very nice, greatly appreciate that!

The staff is friendly but busy. The coffee shops has comfortable seating and they play music lightly. It took a while to receive the flight as they were busy, however I enjoyed the Wicked coffe flight.

Family wanted to visit Founders Coffee while in Las Vegas. It was counter service and the folks were nice and helpful. We ordered their 6pc (1/2 pcs = 3 eggs) Hard boiled protein topped eggs, Lox toast, Americano coffee and a special mixed flight of coffee and Matcha drinks. The eggs were yummy as expected while the toast was a bit underwhelming. The bread was soft and not toasted enough otherwise tasted fine. We loved the flight and the girls drank it down in no time. I enjoyed my Americano. We found out about Founders coffee via Instagram post but note they have other locations and we went to a different one than in the post so make sure you go to the one you expect. Regardless the place was clean with plenty of seating.
