Definitely a hidden gem. Great fun and friendly staff and awesome rooms. Really recommend ordering the food along with the drinks. Perfect spot for a girls night out or a humbling coworker outing.

Ganzy has been our to-go lately. It's a bit far for me but it's close to most of my friends in the area and it's great! It's clean inside, they have all the songs that my friend and I usually sing (it doesn't have to be 2024 up-to-date....) HAHA Love that they have great small bite options to level out our alcohol-filled bodies and find some relief. I have never had a bad experience and all the staff are always friendly. They will not hesitate to help you out when needed! The rooms are clean, bathroom is clean (although it's only 1 person at a time so there may be a wait some times), food is good and drinks are always good. Great pricing and they have drink specials on some days.

The BEST karaoke spot in Vegas! You can play any song you want and the rooms are so fun to sing in! Comfy booths for any size party! The food is also delicious and comes promptly and hot! Get the mozzarella sticks!!!

The host Jay C (I think thats how you spell/pronounce it) is incredible. The service is great, the price is more than fair and for the two times my party went, we had such a good time. The rooms for the most part are soundproof. The controller has English labels making it easy to read if you can't read Korean. The speakers/equipment are decent. They have a happy hour special and you can get drinks at a great price. I would totally recommend this place if your looking to have an enjoyable karaoke night.

Took my girlfriend and her family to a last minute karaoke sesh! it was amazing. The halloween decor was the vibe and also couldn't stop drinking the soju cocktails (we tried peach and yogurt). Service was fantastic, we clicked the call button and she was there in seconds. Cant wait to go again

We love this spot and always a great time in a plaza with lots of great food. Affordable prices and parking is never an issue. Definitely recommend this place.

First off i absolutely loved the vibe from when i first walked in very much thanks to Jill ... I love doing karaoke but i love great service and a welcoming environment.. unless you are a singer or a karaoke person it is important to create a welcoming environment for newcomers Jill had very much exceeded my expectations she went out of her way to explain the new YouTube addition and walked us through the controls .. she checked on us and made sure we never needed or wanted for anything she was personable and connected very easily I will come back just for JILL and her sidekick Oliver !!!

The front desk staff was extremely rude and unprofessional from the moment we arrived, giving us unnecessary attitude instead of basic courtesy. One of our friends had recently lost his ID but had the official temporary paper from the DMV to show, and despite it being a valid form of identification, they refused to let him in without even considering the situation. The way they handled it was aggressive, dismissive, and lacked any effort to provide real customer service. Overall, the experience was frustrating and disappointing definitely zero stars for customer service. Also no YouTube version for karaoke, kinda outdated.

Ganzy has been my go-to karaoke spot for a few years now, but the upgrades as of late have been game changers. Having the ability to go to YouTube and other apps for songs has taken the experience level even higher. Also being able to go on their website and schedule time is a huge upgrade as well! The staff has always been kind and attentive. The food is good as always. My wife enjoys the spicy ramen. We have kids, so we always adhere to the 1000 curfew and they never make us feel like we have to rush out. Again, always professional and kind. I love this place and it just got better!

I came here with my friend two nights ago, and while things started off smoothly, the experience quickly turned uncomfortable. We were given a room and an employee helped us connect to YouTube for the karaoke. They stayed a bit to sort it out, then left. But just seconds later, they returned to ask for our IDs. I'm 21+, but my friend isn't--and we weren't aware of a curfew. After checking our IDs, they then asked for my card, which was odd. I've been here several times and have never been asked for payment upfront--they typically charge by the hour and take the card after. They took my card, stepped away briefly, then returned saying we had to leave because of the curfew. While we didn't argue with the policy, the timing and process felt off--why give us a room, help us set up, take my card, and then enforce the rule? It honestly felt like we were being profiled. As two Black women, the treatment didn't sit right with us, especially since I've visited before and was never treated this way. We left respectfully, but the experience left a bad taste. If curfew rules are real, they should be communicated upfront--not after taking our card. The whole situation felt unnecessary and out of touch.
