I stayed here two nights and very much enjoyed it. This is a really nice Hampton Inn and definitely would stay again. Check in was easy, ample parking, rooms are modern, clean and very comfy. Small fridge for your use. Nice lighting and a good working desk. I also really liked their complimentary breakfast from 6am - 10am morning, very decent selections. I had bagel with cream cheese and an egg white omelette the first morning and on the second morning I had biscuits and gravy. I also loved their baby scones in blueberry lemon poppyseed and both were delicious! I saw a nice pool and hot tub here too, will come back again when weather is cooler to experience this. Check out is noon, so that's really nice. I think this might be my regular spot when I come to Vegas again! Good hotel with great value!

I honestly expected nothing and even though we were in town for less than 24 hours, it was a pretty good stay. My wife booked a room here and thanks to her status with Hilton, we were given a complimentary upgrade for free. The room we got was VERY spacious. It would be great for a large family or a large group of friends for EDC weekend (even though it is kinda far from the Speedway). Anyway, spacious room but a bit empty-feeling. At least it was clean and the furniture/decor was up to date. The bed was acceptable, but the pillows were bad. It was quiet throughout the night and even in the morning. The breakfast in the lobby was pretty decent for what it was. Typical stuff like waffles, cereal, yogurt, and toast. They also offered cheese omelettes, maple sausages, biscuits and sausage gravy, and hard-boiled eggs. The eggs were a little weird though. They were very rubbery, but at the same time perfectly cooked? All in all, pretty good experience. Nothing fancy here, just a place to rest/sleep. There's also a bar across the street that's open 24 hours too. Staff did look pretty miserable though. Maybe they could use a trip to the bar themselves.

We needed a quiet, affordable, off-strip room for our first night in town before transferring somewhere a bit more upscale. This room provided us exactly that, plus they were kind enough to offer us a late checkout. Parking and breakfast are free here. I doubt we will ever return to Vegas, but we would consider another stay here if we did return to the area.

Very clean establishment, very attentive cleaning staff. The ladies running the continental breakfasts were always super nice and welcoming. My room was clean and cozy. The only 2 issues I encountered were with 2 employees working the front desk. There were about 14 of us there for a work trip and our DM explicitly told us he'd already checked us in and we did not have to put a card down, as his was already on file. 1 of us arrived/checked in a day late and Noemi asked for a card, to which 3 of us chimed in that we were told not to do that but she seemed pretty adamant on taking a card anyways. She tried to explain that it wasn't for a cleaning fee or for the room, only for if we wanted to purchase anything in the lobby (but we would just pay at the time of purchase so I didn't understand). I then told her Neyda (GM, very nice, gave us a complimentary drink at check-in the day before) didn't ask for our cards. She ended up waiving the $50 fee after we asked to call our DM but wasn't very happy about it. She was also chomping her gum in a very rude way the entire time.. 2nd issue was when I'd called to ask about the laundry facilities. The girl over the phone said it was $2 per machine and if I didn't have change, the front desk would provide it for me. I went down to the front desk at about 9:30pm (after a long day at work and dinner) and handed her $4 in dollar coins. I'm not sure if she'd ever seen dollar coins before because she looked very puzzled and then proceeded to tell me she couldn't accept them.. that I'd have to wait for her manager in the morning (again, work trip so our days were very very busy starting early in the morning). Another girl in my party said that dollar coins have the same value as bills, and Dulce (front desk employee) kept saying that she's not sure if they can accept dollar coins and to wait for her manager in the morning... and then asked me "does that make sense?" I said "actually no, that's weird that you can't accept dollar coins, it's the same thing". She huffed and then said "you know what, I'll just do it for you." The whole thing was just really weird, not very professional, and very off-putting. She was very young, she may not have seen dollar coins before but I promise I wasn't trying to scam the hotel for $4.

Travel for work, clean, friendly staff, price is reasonable. Only downside, uncomfortable pillows and bed!

We made this reservation utilizing the Hilton app when we knew we wanted to stay on the north side of town when traveling back to Reno. We found the hotel easily and made our way inside with our luggage. The lobby area looked clean and well maintained/organized and upon entering the hallway where the elevators were located we came across a sign stating they are updating. Our room was located on the third floor and the hallways/common spaces all looked refreshed and nice. We were also happy with our room. The furnishings all look new and items such as the carpet, bathroom vanity, tile flooring and shower also look new. The hotel itself is quiet but we could hear the noise from the freeway but it wasn't a big deal for us. There is an outdoor pool and patio area as well. The beds and linens were comfortable too. We could not get the digital key to work at the ice machine/laundry area on the third floor but it worked fine everywhere else. Overall this was a great stay and we would recommend to others!

I arrived late and had to go to the front desk since my digital key was never loaded. Asked the receptionist where I should park in proximity to the room, and she said not to park on the sides of the building, only the front. Cars get broken into regularly on the sides. Appreciate that heads up, but maybe some lighting or security should be added if that's the case and it is known. Either way, not a warm and fuzzy feeling upon checkin. Rooms were clean, but the rooms seemed a little basic, even for a Hampton. Loud noises were coming from the bathroom area, which I could only assume was the plumbing from adjoining rooms. My family and I were literally there long enough to sleep, shower and eat some breakfast. Staff was nice, food was normal Hampton fare, breakfast seeting area was dirty and trash was overflowing. Probably wouldn't book at this particular location again.

Within seconds of making a reservation to this hotel we realized we entered the wrong date. We tried to cancel the reservation to start new but were told that the reservation even though we had weeks to fix it WAS NOT REFUNDABLE. Who does business like this. A cheat does. Yes we entered the wrong information but just grabbing our money and saying no refund is borderline criminal. Shame on Expedia also for not stepping up. Remember folks this is a Hampton Inn Not the Ritz.

This property is quiet, extremely clean, and all the staff are so very nice. I'd like to give a big shout out to Dulce at the front desk. She is a ray of sunshine! She's always smiling. I had a family emergency and this property is very close to Mountain View Hospital...Dulce was so kind to me and helped extend my stay with no problems...I would definitely recommend this hotel. Dulce thank you so very much!

Spent four nights in May 2024. No hot water in shower, pool was closed, OJ machine broke the entire time we were there. Our key never worked. Not a great experience but the people who work there were nice
