Date: Friday, February 14th, 2025 Time: around 6pm *Harajuku Special - tonkotsu broth, noodles, chashu, scallions, corn, butter, wood ear mushrooms, nori, nitamago Before heading to the airport, we decided to grab some food. Harajuku was the second spot where we grabbed a bowl of noodle soup. Not exactly sure on pricing, but I believe with tax and tip, it was $22.79. I'm a huge fan of rich porky tonkotsu broth. I want that broth to stick to the noodles as I slurp away. The broth here was rather thin, but if you want to drink it, that is doable. It was light and savory, so good for sipping. There's plenty of ramen spots in Vegas off the strip. This one is okay in a pinch if you don't want to leave the hotel, but I'd recommend venturing out for a better bowl. REVIEW #3709

I visit Harajuku every time I go to Las Vegas. It's literally some of the best ramen I've ever had. It's the closest thing I've found in the US that could compare to traditional ramen I've had in Japan! The broth is so delicious! I'm shocked by the reviews of others. My only suggestion when ordering is skip the butter.

I was on vacation in Vegas and stumbled upon this restaurant. The ramen was perfectly prepared with a delicious broth that appeared to be thin however it was perfectly thick. The service was fast and professional. You can order from anywhere in the food court from the tablets around each restaurant including this one. The atmosphere was friendly and welcoming.

So disappointing. Tried this for breakfast as it was one of the few places open. Coming from SoCal, maybe my standards are high, but this was probably the worst ramen I have ever had. The soup had no seasoning and no flavor; basically just pork flavored water. The noodles were cooked well, as well as the soft boiled egg which was about the only thing that had any flavor. The other reviewer was right. Very thin slices of "chasu" but none of that rich smokey grilled pork taste. Definitely a pass.
