We did the Death Valley Wine & Stargazing tour & had a fantastic outing with guide Jay. He was extremely safety conscious, which is a must when going into such a wild and potentially dangerous place. His driving was safe and efficient. Jay was personable, knowledgeable and very helpful. I'm an older woman, and forgot my walking sticks. Jay helped me to balance in some of the trickier areas of the pathways we hiked. He also helped me with determining the best foot placement along the pathways. He was very service minded, kind and reassuring. He did not push us to try things we didn't think we should do, but he offered many options for varying levels of difficulty with terrific views as a reward for persevering. Jay brought water for our trip, and made several stops for bathroom breaks, etc. He pointed out so many interesting details that we would have missed, and took us to the most amazing sights. He took many photos of us, so we have mementos of us in the places, rather than just photos of scenery. The wine tasting was fun, and the woman was good at her job, so my wine hating husband actually ordered three bottles :D If you don't prefer to eat the subway sandwiches that are part of the trip, you can always order food at the winery. We opted for the subway sandwiches. The place was very clean, the sandwiches were properly prepared & good. The employees were very sweet as well. It was one of the best subway restaurants we've been to. Unfortunately, clouds moved in late in the day and obscured the stars, but that is something that cannot be controlled. By that time we had hiked and toured so much we were ready to leave, & weren't distressed by the early ending. Our vehicle was comfortable, in perfect working condition, and felt safe. It added a level of safety to be with someone who was expected back at a certain time & was following a determined path, so if we were somehow stranded we knew help would be on the way. He also had alternative means of communication for when we were out of cellular range. All that plus his detailed knowledge of the area made for a worry free tour. We had an interesting, fun day & my husband and I were thrilled with iTravelUSA's Death Valley Wine tasting/stargazing tour. We very much liked Jay and appreciate his time, patience, kindness and expertise. He's a very nice man, and a very good conversationalist.

Vegas during COVID 19 can be boring with all the clubs and bars closing so what now? How about Grand Canyon tour and see nature at its fullest. Jay who was our guide was professional, welcoming, and extremely down to earth. His knowledge, stories, and safe guidance (eg cautious of wild life) were top notch If you are ever in Vegas and want to escape check out their your services at ITravel USA. Their prices are reasonable and I highly recommend. Jay, if you ever want to pilot a treasure hunt tour or hot springs tour let me know!

Wine tasting and star gazing at Death Valley this tour was absolutely incredible. Our tour guide Lankun ( Momma) was so incredibly knowledgeable and so kind and helped us all get incredible photos. I can not say enough good things about this tour I highly recommend it! Death Valley is one of the most diverse and beautiful places I have ever seen you must experience it!!

This past Monday, iTravel picked up my friends and I from the Bellagio hotel at about 6:24 am with a scheduled pick up time of 6:20. We attended the Grand Canyon West Rim Sunset Tour. The bus does not have a USB port to charge phones but the seats were comfortable for the span of the trip and reclined successfully. We first stopped at the Hoover Dam, we did not get to walk the bridge due to weather/restrictions. Thankfully, I've been to the Hoover Dam before and rode the helicopter there so I didn't feel like I missed out. Probably would have felt different if I never had been. The Native American bbq meal was not BBQ but more like cafeteria food, so upset I didn't take picture to share. I chose the vegetarian option which was over boiled corn, white rice, chickpeas, cauliflower, a piece of tortilla (perhaps it's supposed to be naan), a green salad with tomatoes and Italian dressing. We also received an oatmeal raisin cookie. One of my friends chose the "bbq chicken", mashed potatoes, and corn on the cob. There were 4 stops within the Grand Canyon West Tour, we truly enjoyed it. Although, I wish we were notified about the zip line opportunity at the last stop. Our tour guide Alex suggested stopping there for the least amount of time and this caused us to not have an opportunity to zip line. Overall nice experience, drink a lot of water but perhaps pack food for lunch as that cafeteria food costs even more on site! ($3 water and $19 plate without the voucher) Also, not sure why it's advertised as a sunset tour, when we definitely returned by 5/530pm.

Lankan aka "Mama" was absolutely AWESOME! Viator, which I found through Trip Advisor, made the booking process for the tour seamless from start to finish. The 7 Magic Mountain's are so unique and very very cool. Also, Red Rock is literally breathtaking at times; a great reminder of how fortunate we are to live in such a beautiful country. Thank you "Mama" for making sure we were able to get everything we could out of this experience and for also taking the most fantastic photos for us as a courtesy!
