Place and dirty inside and lots of vagrant people outside hanging out. They need to hire more people because the service was slow AF. Food was good and they need more help or better staff.

Too bad there is no zero I have to give a 1. Not surprising this store has a 2 star rating as it has terrible food and people working there that don't care. I went last night to get an order that was being replaced for being wrong the first time and lo and behold wrong again. So tell Me if you add stuff to a burger does that mean you don't want what is supposed to come on it? I mean common sense would dictate that you want those items in addition to, not instead of right? Well not at this location they messed it up not once but twice. A sourdough jack had cheese and bacon and go tomatoes so if you ask for no tomatoes the other items still come with it. Well not at this location, I had it replaced from the first time and got it and didn't think to check it since I had it replaced. But oh no too much to ask for here. They made it with no cheese and no bacon again. I mean come on guys what the heck. I am needless to say pissed. I had an appointment so I had to choke this vile concoction down. I tried to call a bunch of times they either didn't answer or hung up on me. I will go to the one that's a bit farther but has better CS.

The service was horrible. I went to the drive-thru to pickup my order through the Jack In The Box mobile app. And I was told that they didn't have my order. I was in disbelief, and I asked them if the address that I ordered was correct on my phone. The lady at the drive-thru didn't even bother to actually check. So I parked in front of the Jack In The Box to check my order through my mobile app. While I was doing that the lady comes to me and admitted that there was an order to be picked up by me. When I got inside to get my order she wanted proof that I ordered. So I showed her my phone that had the order. What made me upset is she knew it was me that ordered and didn't bother to apologize for the error of a pickup order. Horrible and very rude lady.

I eat jack n the box almost everyday I rarely go to this location because the quality of the food is always poor I'm so tired of wasting my money at this location just close it after 6 because after 6 the quality of the food becomes poor look at these fries bruh and no I didn't eat them the rest fell over in the bag ‍

43 minutes for one smash burger when you ask them what's taking so long they tell you other people are ahead of you. You would think you're at a store Michelin star restaurant. The attitude of the people working here is nothing short of Garbage.

The two stars are for the food. Exactly as expected-- which is all I want from a Jack in The box. The massive deduction is for the counter woman from hell. David: Senior discount? [It's listed online... but each location is different.] Her: Not here! No way! David: avocado sauce? Her: You must pay! Not unless you pay! David: [pays for two tacos, waits twelve minutes to get them, leaves.] I was watching from a "safe from being screamed at" distance. Me: Oooookay. Let's leave and never come back? David: absolutely (Super rude to old people.)

This is not the first time getting crappy food or missing an item also making people pay and then park so the boss can get a bonus for serving in a short time when it takes like 20 mins to get your food and also maybe change the fryer oil everything that goes in that dirty oil taste horrible and the manager who is super rude and charging for sauce when you order a sandwich or tenders BTW I ordered the new bacon egg and cheese scrambler and this is what I got compared to the ad and when I got tried to called several time and as always it goes to voicemail. The boss or manager or owner needs to be fired or find a hobby or get laid because she's a despicable Mess
