När jag gjorde min beställning fick jag veta att biff inte kommer med några sidor (eller något annat) och det kommer att vara en extra kostnad. Jag frågade servitören varför menyn säger att alla biffar kommer med en sida ingår i priset. Hon sa att det inte gäller 50 % söndagar. Jag sa till henne att det inte står att 50 % rabatt på biff inte inkluderar en sida. Sidorna kostar 8 dollar styck så jag beställde inga. Min biff anländer ser bra ut, men det smakade allvarligt illa, särskilt med den mängd gristle det hade. Detta var INTE normalt bifffett. Det var tuggigt, oätligt. Jag kände att min biff bara var 20 % äkta kött och 80 % gristle. Rekommenderas starkt inte. P. S. På min 2-dagars vistelse i Vegas var det att göra två resor till JC en bra idé. Detta är vad en vänlig omgivning matupplevelse handlar om. Maten blev aldrig besviken och vi älskar att sitta ute på uteplatsen efter en trevlig cykeltur på Red Rock.
Det finns också ett band som spelar musik ibland på kvällen.

Hade lunch här efter en morgonvandring i Red Rock Canyon. 10 oz. Burger är en bra lunch. Hade burger och en sida ceasar sallad. Burgeren var saftig och väl kryddat. Tjänsten är snabb och vänlig. Rekommendera att stanna här.

Menyn är varierad och medan atmosfären är väldigt Vegas casual - matsalerna täcker ett brett spektrum. Lördagar är biff och hummer för 19 dollar. 99, och på söndagar är halvan av alla biffar. Delarna är bra och kvaliteten utmärkt för priset. Avfärda inte sina andra erbjudanden - Philly frites är fantastiska och laxen med Maple - senap glasyr är läcker. Morotkaka dessert är enormt - och definitivt värt att dela.

Detta är en liten pub och restaurang på en plaza nära Red Rock Canyon. Atmosfären och maten är bra. Tjänsten var lite långsam, men vi hade inte bråttom. De har en halv pris biff speciell på söndagar; inga extra ingår. De specialiserar sig också i BBQ Ribs, men bara på fredag.

Jag hade ett ben i biff och min fru beställde laxen. Biffen kom i tid, men laxen saknades i åtgärd. Vi trodde att servitrisen skulle komma och fråga hur maten var men hon var upptagen med andra saker, så vi var tvungna att sluta någon annan att fråga var laxmiddagen var, de måste ha sagt till vår servitris som kom med det. Jag misstänker att det bara satt där och väntade på att någon skulle ta med det till vårt bord, eftersom det kom direkt efter att vi frågade om det. Servitrisen var ursäktande och erbjöd sig att ta laxen middag av våra bill. Vår första erfarenhet var genomsnittliga, maten var bra men inte bra. Vi kommer att ge det ett försök att se om erfarenheten är bättre. Jag gick på en söndagskväll och märkte att musiken var lite högt för en upplevelse. Var här ett par gånger och wow stek är bara fantastiskt varje gång. Gick för halva av stek söndag och för kvalitet och smak du får, det är en sådan stjäla. Den chiliolja de använder för sina biffar så läckra! Tjänsten var också bra. Platsen är ganska liten för hur upptagen det blir, men det är värt att vänta.

Min son och jag tappade av John Cutters för en biff middag påsk söndag kväll. Servern var snabb och uppmärksam. Baseball var på TV: n, bra familjevibe. Vi båda hade 10 oz. filé som smälte i munnen öm. En kall skarp sallad, sidan av pommes frites en kall öl och en Moskvas muldyr och vi lämnade mycket nöjda. Vara tillbaka snart.
