We had their food at the Skye Canyon farmers market, and it was probably one of the best dishes I've had from the farmers market yet!! He only had 2 things on his menu that day (Waygu slider & chocolate chip cookie), & I ordered the slider. He did have a special for that day that was fish, and after having the slider I wish I got it! The chef's service was great & took the time to explain his dish, almost every aspect was homemade, down to the brioche bun & truffle aioli. My slider was cooked perfectly (I got medium) and was so juicy. It also came with homemade plantain chips which were crisp to perfection. Had I known how good it was, I would've ordered 2 sliders AND the special he had this day! We hope he comes back to our farmers market again!
