La Quinta has always been a good place to stay, but this one is the best I have stayed in. Staff is great and even smile, rooms are well appointed and super clean. Close to the race track which is why I am here. By the Air Force so air plane noise in the day time, but none that I heard at night. I saw one odd comment who is prepared for a homicide across the street. That why we have cops. Also lots of excellent Mexican food in the area and on the north end of town.

The management needs more training for emergency situations such as a murder across the street from this location. Without blasting the manager Rosalie she needs to have more compassion for customers if she wants to continue in this field, maybe you need to find another job that suits you more than a manager at a hotel. This location is in a bad neighborhood and I do not recommend you staying here. Further more the property they kept immaculate. That's the only thing that I saw besides The bad customer service

I stay at this hotel two or three times a year. This place feels like home to me honestly. The staff is always great, the rooms are always clean. The property is quiet and always clean and well taken care of. They are pet friendly which is a big deal for me. I highly recommend this hotel.

We have never stayed at a hotel where staff are so friendly and go out of their way to give you a personalized satisfying experience. The manager wanted to know if there were any ways to improve our experience. I suggested some lighter weights in the exercise room, specifically 7.5 and 5 lbs for us ladies over a certain age. Also, plain Greek yogurt rather than sweetened fruit ones. This morning I enjoyed my yogurt and was told the free weights have been requested. All staff are warm and greet you with smiles. The hot tub was the perfect temperature, beds were comfy and the hotel in general extremely clean. Now I am spoiled! Thank you for a super comfy stay!

This place was fine. Nothing to rave about. And be ready for the non-stop jets you'll be listening to. It's clearly catering to the AFB personnel and the families that come to visit them. Most big hotel chains have either upgraded the bedding or slapped on a mattress topper. This mattress was very uncomfortable and I didn't sleep well at all. But it was near the racetrack so it did the job.

Worst ever. Staff are extremely rude. good luck on getting your deposit back. thay will come up with every excuse in the book not to return it. way overpriced. save your money and drive past it to better accommodations just down the road.

This hotel allowed me to postpone and didn't tell me I could not ever postpone under any circumstances. Then I had to postpone again and the manager said 'oh sorry the service rep was new and didn't know so now we are going to charge you for the room.'. Also my mom had tried to cancel and postpone within the required time but they would not help her. that is awful hotel service. Their poor training should never be the customer's problem.
