DOES NOT support military, veterans, healthcare workers, or emergency service employees. Our family is from North Carolina on a road trip from South Dakota to Las Vegas. We have visited every Harley store in 7 states and this location would be our last store. We were VERY excited because it was the Vegas shop! When we walked in we were not greeted at ALL not even a hello - we were actually just stared at the entire time we walked around. Once grabbing our Las Vegas Harley shirts and our chips we went to the counter - the girl working didn't say anything AT ALL. She took the shirts off the hanger and then uttered "Did anyone on the floor help you". I then said "Actually, no which is very uncommon everyone is normally super nice and inviting" she then just looks at me. Begins ringing up our items and then tells me our total. I say "I am a veteran as well as a healthcare worker" she says "OK". I then blurt out "for a discount" and she says "No, we don't do anything like that - we have another program the store owner has". At this point I was so DONE! I said "so you are telling me this store does not recognize the military, veterans, healthcare workers, or emergency service employees?" She says "No, and in-fact not sure Harley does that anymore" - My husband then said "let's go, honey" I did leave the shop - BUT furious! DO BETTER HARLEY DAVIDSON of Las Vegas!

I recently took and passed the MSF course at this HD location and it was such a great experience! The coaches were fantastic and really did a great job in teaching me how to ride. Special shout out to coach Ivan and Amy aka "Pineapple" for really taking the time to notice my particular struggles and help me through them. I honestly can say that these two are the reason I stuck with it and ultimately passed. The staff as a whole were great and really welcoming. Michelle with sales took the time to walk the dealership with us and very patiently answered all of our questions. I truly felt a sense of family and made some great new friends. I will recommend this location/course to anyone looking to learn how to ride. HD does it right!

I had a really great experience here. Not a Harley fan but wanted to try their 90 minute intro session. Signed up online and only one other person showed. We got paired with Dan as our instructor and Dan's awesome. Super knowledgeable, no pressure, really just wants you to enjoy riding and learning. The building is large, super clean and organized. Probably 200+ bikes in there of all shapes and sizes and price points. I know some folks are Harley Davidson gear/apparel fans - this looks like it's your hog heaven. Tons of jeans, thousands of tshirts, tons of stuff. Never seen a non-apparel brand have so, so much apparel. Looks like good stuff! I'll be signing up for more of the training classes here. I have always liked motorcycles. I never thought I had it in me to learn to ride. With the conversation, guidance, and support of multiple coaches I not only passed the MSF course but I purchased my first Harley! I did the jumpstart with coach Mike. From there I wanted more confidence so I did the Experience the Ride class (with coach Mike). By the time I took the MSF course with coaches Dan, Ivan, Brandon, and Pineapple, I felt confident and comfortable. Each coach had a hand in my success and they truly made me feel like I'm part of a family. They encouraged me, supported me, and were my biggest cheerleaders. I LOVE motorcycles now. Cannot wait to advance my skills even more! This whole experience has been life changing.

Some of the things that bring a smile to my face besides my great family are off the hook food, great adult beverages, and a store full of Harley-Davidsons. I really love Mile High Harley in Denver, where I spent a lot of time in past years, but Las Vegas Harley I don't think can be topped... The sheer number, and styles of these beautiful road machines, is in my opinion, unparalleled... I spent way more time than I figured here, it was hard to break away from the sheer awesomeness of this facility. It has, besides all the beautiful wheels, every type of accessory, and clothing that you can think of, it is truly a Harley showplace...

Wake up; this is not a dream. Look around you get up; or join him. Vroom vroom, their is nothing like the feel of the bike between your legs. Chilling and kicking back as you roll down the avenue. Or bent over on the edge of your seat searching for reality as life zooms by at the speed of light. Bike after bike we owned what a life to live riding away! The wind in your hair. Life looks great from behind a helmet, cruising along on two wheels; in your own world, but this is a part of a life that is behind me now. After the motorcycle accident, my ability to walk and a chance at a regular life was almost taken from me. When you go from walking up right to not at all, maybe it's time for four wheels. My riding partner now cruises Heaven on his white hog with golden wings; aiding the angels in different tasks. For those of us still here on the Earth when you need something for your Harley come on over. I cannot count the moments that we visited here for a part, gear, maintenance, or a whim for something. When you think Harley, what comes to mind? Let's explore what "Harley" desires are to you. Anything Harley can be had here. From clothes, jewelry, boots, bags, jackets, and even puppy accessories. Does your hog need a certain part order it from the parts section of the store and then come pick it up. All those miles you cruise be sure and give the back the proper maintenance. If your in the market for a new or gently used Harley come explore your new machine. The staff here are oh so nice and friendly. Even though it's retail store they are genuine about the sales. You will always be human and not as a number. They want you to be happy with what you purchase. Support your brand and wear the Harley way. The days of riding for me are over! My flights of fancy will be in a four door Toyota Rav where I am driven around. My best work was done in the shadows both in the past and in the present. Navigation is a great set of skills to explore; let's see where your next level of adventure takes you! While I've been grounded, seek your journey where ever it takes you! If you need anything Harley this is the local that you need to seek out. Personal appreciation can be found here with all your biking and riding needs cared for! Great shop & selection! Went in 4th of July weekend, needed an accessory. Discovered I had lost my wallet. Got in the car & drove to the resturant I had just been to, phone rings, it's Darren @ LVHD, saying 'we have your wallet -found your name in our customer database.... ' WOW! I would like to believe that any of the three HD shops in town would do that, but LVHD -you just made a customer for life! (& Thx again Darren!!)
