We've had such a positive experience renting through Limestone Investments! We have been in our lovely home a year and just signed up for another. Our property manager, Bob Kinniburgh, has been amazing -- always quick to respond and very helpful whenever any issues come up. We really appreciate how fast maintenance requests are handled, which takes a lot of the stress out of renting. The online payment portal is also super convenient and makes paying rent every month really simple. As a family of four (plus our two pups), it means a lot to feel comfortable and truly at home. Limestone has made that possible, and we're grateful for their excellent service, trust in us, and communication. Highly recommend!

I can not say enought about Barb and Jim at Limestone Investments. They are top tier property managers. Barb manages them like they were her own properties. I can not tell you how many times she has strategies that helped the property, increased revenues or decreased expensed. VERY highly reccomended

I recently view and filled out a application for this company. I had a bad feeling about it from the door. It seemed like a scam. They have a video showing how the unit looks but when we got there it looked much worst then the video. There were holes in the floor and the bathroom tub had rust spots the shower knob was broken. The back yard was dirty and needed a new paint job. The guy that replied back to us with the rejection letter wrote this Good morning, You seem like really really nice people and your credit is ok. HOWEVER, you are struggling to pay your rent now and it will get even more difficult to pay more. Life is too short to be struggling to pay rent. If Thea got a job, you could probably afford Bulloch. Terribly sorry. I have a heath problem and lost my job in November my company was brought out and they down sized very shortly after that I went into remission and was in the hospital for 3 months. My husband income and our credit meet the guild lines. Iquess the only other problem was I didn't have a job. I quess woman can't be house wife's anymore. I actually have a bachelor in information tech and make a pretty penny when I am working. However my health is more important then anything and my husband would work 2 jobs just to make sure I was OK. Plus we are not struggling to pay rent we moved put of our previous apartment cause the lease was over and we wanted more space so we move on with my mother who has more then enough space so we don't even pay rent right now. I don't even know where the struggling comment came from. Bottom line this guy is just a typical Nevada racists and dont like our black face.
