First of all, I'm a "woman of a certain age," and have long since outgrown sweet cocktails with fruit on skewers and paper umbrellas. I like my wines dry, spirits straight, and IPA beers. I don't drink a lot, but when I do, I want to enjoy the spirit, not the sugar or additives. Liquid Diet is a little different from most bars in that they have a lot of savory cocktails instead of sweet. They have sweet, don't get me wrong, but they have cocktails with actual flavor! The Pico is next level as is the horseradish drink. My friend and I had a great time, and let's just say that I'm glad there's Uber. Those shots are lethal! They need a standalone website. It's a fun, industrial-ish place with what I call the "Arts District Vibe." Go. And be sure to have Uber or Lyft on speed dial.

Cool spot, good little vibe... The date old fashioned was nice although it was pre batched so that takes the fun away from a true crafted cocktail. We tried ordering a virgin mojito which was a no go, which is odd The only NA beverage was lemonade or water. This place has potential but customer service was lacking especially from the dude w the long hair.

I've been here a few times with a friend who loves this place. I appreciate the casual vibe and creative cocktail selection. During this visit, I ordered their Banana Daiquiri. I didn't realize it wasn't the standard frozen beverage. Instead, it was poured into a small cocktail glass--maybe eight ounces at most. It was good, but the $16 price for such a small amount is too rich for my blood. Next time, I'll stick with a pint of beer for half the price. If the cocktail pricing was more reasonable, I would be more inclined to buy multiple drinks, spending more money in total, and patronizing the business for a longer duration. Maybe that's their business model: serve premium-priced drinks, then quickly send customers back on their pub crawl. Service was friendly and attentive during their peak time on a Friday night.

Lydia is easily the most attentive bar tender I have ever sat with. Her knowledge and hospitality are second to none. All ingredients are made in house and by hand which is a crazy feat when you think about the ingredients they are using and how they are utilized. Easily one of the best bars in the city. Don't ignore this gem of a spot while in the arts district

Liquid Diet is such an awesome spot in the Arts District! It's sort of hidden, but that is a part of its charm! Easily one of the best drinks I have found in the Arts District- although the signs make things look super simplistic and a bit grungy, the drinks are sophisticated and very tasty. All of the staff I met were extremely funny and service was really quick. It's a small bar and you can go outside if you want to hang out outdoors. Its simplicity is paired with some awesome jams, good drinks, and very clean restrooms. Would definitely recommend checking the place out if you like good bars and also hidden bars.

If you blink, you'll miss it. This unassuming warehouse like bar has the feel of a college fraternity party but with more interesting drinks. Open only 7pm -1am wed through sun, Liquid diet posts their drink menu on cardboard signs, changing it daily couches, long tables and a bar provide limited seating for what becomes a rowdy crowd. Whether you come here before your next stop, after first friday, or late night just before clheading homez you are sure to find some delicious drinks. Drawbacks, when crowded it is difficult to get a drink and inevitibly the room begins to smell like spilled alcohol Also no food. Liquid diet is a great addition to the art district.

I've been here since last year every time I visit Las Vegas. Definitely a fun vibe visiting this place. Parking is a bit limited but I've been ubering/lyfting here so it's never been an issue for me getting here. The two times I've been here, I've been coming here 30 mins early but there isn't a wait time thankfully and it starts to get crowded probably 30 mins after open. I've came here on weekends and it's surprisingly not busy but could be cause this place seems to be more than locals now than tourists. Now when it comes to the inside, it's pretty small but still had a great vibe when it comes to the bar and with the tables they have. The drinks they have are also really good too, they have never ceased to impress me! They got a bunch of shot drinks too and their non-alcoholic drinks are pretty affordable too! Some of the drinks are pretty strong with the alcohol so if you like some strong alcohol, I'd say try out this place! I would definitely recommend trying out this place if you want a good vibe and you want some good cocktails drinks.

It's rare to find a hidden gem filled with locals not destroyed by the strip madness in Vegas. When my friend told me where it was in the Art's District, I couldn't find it. Now if I commit to an adventure I never quit early. So after nearly thirty minutes down a dark alley next to a spot blasting mariachi I found Liquid Diet. When she arrived she looked at me straight into my eyes and said this spot will lay you out, pace! 3 drinks and 2 shots later... She wasn't lying‼ Honestly, this spot went straight into my TOP FIVE cocktails next to Attaboy ( Manhattan / Nashville), Double Chicken Please ( Manhattan ), Petrossian( Vegas ) and Zuma ( Vegas ) ‼ I'm not really enjoying the sauce as much as I used to now, but when I do, I'm either drinking cheap Michelob Ultras with my Sativa Packwoods vape or bougie cocktails in small doses. Yes, I know, I have to check in with the devil every once in a while, just those stops are getting farther and farther apart.
