We love coming here! It's a wonderful place for kids of all ages. My son is 7 and loves coming here because of the size of the playground. He also can find more kids his own age here and some of the other playgrounds in Vegas are mostly kids 2-5. All the workers here are kind and hard working. We've come here 1-4 times a month for the past 2 years and haven't had one bad experience. Theres about 20 tables in the seating area, about 6 party rooms, arcade games, a huge playground and a cafe. Their food is better than the average indoor playground! We usually get the chicken fingers with fries or the pizza. Definitely a great place to bring your family to!

Hands down one of the best indoor playgrounds for kiddos. It's pretty big and entertaining. Large playground area and some games (tokens) for kiddos to play. I would say this is more for the little kids, but I've also seen older kids (12 under) running in the playground. Came on a Sunday morning so it was pretty empty. Idk how it is on other days. It def looks clean (comparing to Wally Wombats- sorry) The food options are good and tasty. A little on the pricey side but nothing insane. Make sure to bring cash for the token games. And wear socks of course.

As a playground it's fun. I can even get behind making me pay for my 17yo even if she won't go on it when I take my 4yo. But having to pay for a second adult when it's stated that one adult gets in free with one kid, that's too much. Could've told us that one of the kids should be under the second adult's waiver, the whole thing makes no sense. And then we went in when it opened, we're literally first and it still was not cleaned from the day before (or even longer ago). Trash in the play area, candy wrappers and lollipop sticks that could've easily been picked up. If you were going to ask me $45* for entrance of everyone so one kid can play, at least have the decency to clean up the trash.

We been here many times and LOVE IT! We love the place because it's big and open to where I can stay with my kid. The staff is always in the back by the shoes chatting away tho lol. On their phones every time I've been there. Sometimes I gotta get there attention because they just hanging out. It's cute for the kids tho. They seem to keep it clean.

Such an enjoyable night with our daughters. Employee at the front was extremely friendly, and I really appreciated her. We are currently visiting from out of state so we had to update our waivers. For our family of 5 it was at $39 ish. Not bad at all. All of our daughters had a great time we can't wait to come back the next time we're in town!

It was ok for a play place. It looked warn and weathered. My friends kid had her birthday here. Make sure you bring socks. The food was ok.

This is a great place for kids of all ages. Playing in the ball-pit with an irrupting volcano, brings more thrill to LOL Kids Club. They have a variety of playful games within the business from video games to ball launchers & many more.

This place used to great. Not anymore. Tonight's experience was very disappointing. There is no presence of staff in the play area, resulting in kids running around with shoes on and trying to go up the slides while kids are coming down. Ordering food was very unpleasant. I ordered a drink because I was told it wasn't included with a meal. When I didn't receive a drink I said "oh we ordered a drink as well". The girl then got a tone stating "it's not included with your food". I explained multiple times that I knew that, which is why I ordered one. She handled this situation really poorly. I clearly thought I ordered a drink (I was not given a receipt to prove or disprove this), and if she didn't put a drink order in I clearly wanted to order one. I don't like confrontation, so when it became clear she was unwilling to put another order in for a drink I just walked away. I understand employees in places like these may not get paid a whole lot, so I'm more than understanding when it comes to mistakes. What I will not tolerate is someone becoming borderline combative with me. I will be looking for other options for my children as I believe this place won't be getting any better.

Not just for kids...LOL! We were invited to go to LOL Kids Club to celebrate our daughter's friend's birthday. They couldn't get a party room reserved and were told they were all booked so just they just invited a couple kids. We got there and checked in once everyone was there. This included filling out a waiver and turning in your shoes before entering, and yes even the adults...everyone. I honestly wasn't too fond of walking around in my socks everywhere, especially around the tables and eating area where it was a bit dirty and messy on the floor. There were people cleaning up a bit but it's obviously hard to keep up on places like this! The play area is actually a lot larger than it looks and had a lot of different areas to run, climb and play. Most of the cannons that shoot balls didn't work, so that was disappointing. The ball pit was busy but could probably use some more balls in it...there were also a lot spread out throughout the play area. Parents are allowed in the play area too, which is probably why everyone has to take shoes off. I must admit it was pretty fun to chase the kids around and act like a kid myself! They have all the typical kids party food items like pizza and stuff, but the food is nothing special. We had pizza and donuts, which the kids ate up quick so they could get back to playing. I tried a piece of pizza and it was not good at all and I didn't eat anymore after one bite. It's good for kiddos but a bit high priced, especially for the quality in my opinion. They do have party rooms to rent, but again the prices listed were extremely high with not much included except the room, a host and entry for whichever number of kids you decide on. We were there for about 3 1/2 hours and the party rooms were all empty except for one which finished up shortly after we got there. My friend wasn't sure why he was told they were all booked when they stayed empty but everyone had a good time either way and he saved some money. The kids were only interested in playing anyways...well and some adults too! All in all it's a fun place to take kids to run around and get tired out...I'd get them a snack there and go eat elsewhere after play time is over. Check it out for an hour or two and see for yourself!

10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND! No customer service, no communication, no management, dirty facility, lacks staff organization (I guess that's on management). I have a long post I've emailed to them MUST READ BEFORE BOOKING A PARTY! They still have not responded to me, it is now April 14th! Anyone know the owners info please let me know. There's no owner info on the page. My email that hasn't received a response is below. Good evening, I booked a birthday party for both of my daughters Arsema (5) and Soliana (2) on Saturday April 2nd from 5:30 PM to 8:30 PM. My guests, the Birthday Girl, as well as myself are highly displeased with the services provided. The services my party received was: party room, food, drinks. Party set up: we did our selves Hosting: we did ourselves by going to the concession stand our self and asking for: napkins, more drinks, ice, cups, plates, a lighter, host for happy birthday assistance/ loud speaker announcement (which is not provided) we got a lighter to light the candle ourselves. Food: pizzas were great, fruit was great. The salad is the issue. I was given Italian dressing as an option. Originally when on the phone I requested Caesar dressing. My mother told me it was Lent during the time for the party, I quickly corrected myself and asked for Italian dressing. We were served ranch. I went to the concession stand to ask for Italian dressing as majority of the adults could not consume any animal products. Italian dressing is not carried. A party guest ordered a personal pizza to take home because he works night shift (also participating in Lent). He ordered a veggie pizza, no cheese. He received a veggie pizza with cheese. As he addressed the issue and asked for a new one to be made the man at the concession stand told him the pizzas had to be served with Cheese. He was issued a refund, no food to take with him for work that night. My party just had a pizza with veggies and no cheese. To lie to another guest is unacceptable. I am BEYOND upset because where is my $677.70 going? My hostess was there a total of 20 minutes MAYBE the entire 3hr period. The whole time I was expecting Happy Birthday and ice cream to be passed out at 7:00pm. I go to the concession counter asking for when the ice cream would be passed out (after we already got our own light and sang happy Birthday). I was supposed to receive tickets for a slushy. It was past 730PM, my party started at 5:30pm why was i just finding out about slushy tickets and tokens over 2hrs after my party has started. I did Arsemas first Birthday Party here in 2021 before moving to San Diego and the party packages were on point. Hostess was on it, communication was there, left no room for doubt or questioning what is supposed to come next. The hostess ran the party on schedule to a T, from food arrival time, drink refills, happy birthday/ cake time, clean up/ party ending time and everything in between. Tonight I found myself figuring it out on my own, while trying to ensure the party guests were as pleased as they could be given the circumstances. I hope to receive a call ASAP.
