Well I'm sure you saying a gas station is a gas station. But this one had me pleasantly surprised. From the time you arrive to when you leave. Parking lot is huge and has more then a ample amount of pumps. The pumps looked very clean and up kept, the windshield wash solution was clean and each one had two squeegees. Which were in great condition. Unlike many other gas station, where they are falling apart. As you walk in the store they always greet you and welcome you. You always feel comfortable in the store. The people working there are friendly and outgoing, and try to help. The overall cleanliness is great. It is kept in good order and appears to be very well organized. The main question everyone want to know the bathrooms. I can only speak for them men's room. As to say it was well stocked and very clean. It also has a baby changing station in it. Has 2 hot air hand dryers, and also has paper towels. The food was good for a gas station and the prices were also very reasonable. Everything had just been made so it was very fresh, the gas station also has a grill for fresh made pizza, salads, and quesadillas. They also have a cold deli selection of sandwiches and salads and other gas station cold food choices. Also have hot dogs you can get. Mavrick also has a great selection of fountain drink and cold drink like liters and protein shakes etc.

***** ATTENTION***** Buyers please beware when ordering food grill items. The $7 promo 2x slice and a 20oz so called 'deal' is false and misleading and I got short changed. You can get that same deal if not for less at a 7-11, which I highly recommend if you're a rewards member. I got charged $9.09 after tax instead that should've been an easily $7.60 in total (8.375% tax included). So that missing $1.49 is actually likely pocketed so say for example if 20/30 customers on an average lunch hr time rush went and got that false deal, that's $29.80 to $44.70 of stolen change added and likely divided among themselves. Mind you the business operated 24/7 and the item is on a heat lamp even after the kitchen is closed and owed money adds up I could imagine what's the tally at in a month loosely generated or even in a year! I also made sure to be clear the 20oz was an official Coke product from the Coca-Cola bottling beverage company before grabbing any otherwise drink. When you're hungry, you don't think while you're eating, it's only after wondering eyes on taking a closer look at the receipt when it's noticed. So when I brought it to the kitchen staff's attention, one associate guy had no clue sounding like Scooby-Doo and the other female associate wasn't sure why the rebate wasn't applied and got no answers from her. I have an answer, and that's their way to make extra by misleading advertisement in a typical concealed robbery fashion on one sucker customer at a time. Shame on them and on this business establishment.

I came in here last month with some friends to pick up some donuts after we had dinner at Cafe Berlin German Restaurant across the street . I had been meaning to come check it out since it has been years since I was in a Maverick in upper Nevada . I remember getting gas there and my son looking at a picture of a breakfast sandwich made with donuts and of course it was later in the afternoon , so we were not happy we didn't get to try it . Anyway , I got an assortment of donuts to take home for my son and daughter-in-law and me to try . They were pretty good . The store was super clean and well organized . I will be back sometime to try some sandwiches and maybe pick up some more donuts .

I come here, mainly for the gas, this is the cheapest gas around town besides Costco and Sam's club. All of the locations have a fast food place and convenient store inside, there's also restrooms. I will be back here for their gas.

I rarely use this gas station and had a horrible experience my last time coming here and won't use this okay ever again. I went in to purchase a coffee and gas. The self checkout for some reason was acting up so an associate came over to help me. Once she realized she couldn't fix the problem she stated she'll just void the transaction and take me to her register to ring me up. So I went to her register and this time instead of paying with my card I paid with cash. Long story short about three hours later I noticed a $60 charge from Maverik that said complete on my card. I went back up to the location in which the associate who wrung me up the first time Amiyah was still there. She remembered the transaction and stated that she had voided it. Another associate by the name of Robert was extremely helpful but they couldn't fix the problem without a manager there. They said the manager Lexi would contact me the next day. Lexi did not contact me so I had to contact her. She then states that she had to make a report to customer service to investigate and could take a few days. I don't understand why it's going to take so long to refund me my money she. Your associate clearly states that she remember what happened. So now I am out of money until they "investigate" a problem there associate admits to. There's more details to this story that I won't elaborate on but I honestly believe some dishonest activities has happened with my card by there establishment. I am a very busy business owner myself and am extremely angry due to the fact that I have to take time out of my extremely busy schedule to fix this problem. I will be heading to file a lawsuit, and complaints with every business agency possible until this problem is remedied. Do not use this gas station horrible customer service and bad business practices. They will hear from me everyday. I have all the receipts showing I paid with cash and I'm sure they have cameras in which they could easily view.

Stopped in a couple nights ago to get gas and had an ugly experience with an employee named Lyndsay. First off she had me wait a while before she came to the front of the store because she was in the back doing something. I gave her money and told her I was at pump 5 and wanted gas. She took payment and when she handed me my receipt she asked if I knew how to input an authorization code at the pump. I told her yes and thanked her. I walked out but was not able to get gas because she purposely stopped the pump. When I came back inside the store I was very aggravated and told her to either give me gas or give me my money back. Without hesitation she proceeded to hand me my money. While she was doing that I asked her why I wasn't able to get gas and she claimed that the pump wasn't working. I asked her why she didn't tell me that in the first place. She said it hadn't been working all day. If that's the case why wouldn't she put up an out of service sign at the pump? It was obvious she was lying. I suggested using a different pump and she said she couldn't let me use a different one because she had already cancelled the transaction. This stupid female purposely wasted my time. Terrible customer service!
