Came through the drive thru and got the spicy mcchicken large meal. Not all McDonald's will do that. This one does. Wasn't in the lane long. Recieved my food fast which the fries were hot, and the sandwich was one of the hottest and fresh that I have had in awhile.

Customer service at this location is horrible... you ask them questions and get ignored... then when u make a complaint they play the victim... slower than molasses, buns and bread is always stale . Probably one of the worst McDonalds locations in Vegas

Ordered a squishmellow happy meal for my grandson and got to the house and no squishmellow. Seriously so annoying. When your putting the food in you can see if the toy is in there or not. Thanks for the making him cry.

I'm leaving a zero star the kid in charge didn't want to take my order but I waited calmly an insisted. Then several tables were dirty so I asked them to be wiped down 3 separate times then I asked for a rag an water so my children could sit down to eat on a clean table and was refused and only offered napkins, I told the boy Nate I needed a wet rag because ketchup was smeared on the table only to be ignored. I spent 50$ an my kids had to stand to eat because the place was so dirty . Looking for a number to call

Came for a late night meal and they took my order on the drive thru but I waited 30+ minutes for my big Mac and some fries. That is unreasonable the line got long and the workers would just disappear. Very unhappy with my experience.

McDonald's is just a cheap easy place to get food and it does that well but when you encounter terrible service and employees with bad attitudes it becomes undesirable and I'd rather go somewhere else. CARMINA in the morning drive thru on Fridays is so rude and uncooperative I give her my rewards code and I am not greeted, and if the code doesn't work she catches an attitude as if it's my fault the McDonalds app is glitching??? She then charged my card and Carmina was very rude again, she had told me last week that in 24-48 hours a double charge would go back to my debit card. I never received the money back so I wrote an honest review on her and when I returned she questioned me and changed her story to say I had to come back in 3 days for a $10 refund? Never have I ever had such an experience nor such a terrible experience at McDonalds. Forget this location they don't care !

You know what it comes to small mishaps you know it happens. Like for example they forget to put condiments in bag, no napkins, no straw, or even forgot to remove pickles or tomatoes you don't like that's fine but this visit was about the food quality. I ordered a 20 piece of chicken nuggets and holy hell they were absolutely disgusting probably isn't even fresh and old. Not even dipping them in condiments made it taste better.. the place looks nice and the people but come on you don't mess with the chicken nuggets ever!! Even the McDonald's at the ghetto can do better.
