I always go here; even when they're busy, they actually don't forget anything. For the past weeks, ordering the $5 meal deal for my kids, they make sure the food is hot, not dry, and not overcooked. The two who usually work the night shift deserve a pay raise; they handle everything, even mistakes, with care.

finally writing a review for this horrible mc donald's. worst one in the city for real. this is my neighborhood mc donald's so this is the one i usually have to order from or go to. when i have time i definitely go to another one MUCH BETTER WITH MUCH BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE, food quality and everything!!! i've been living here for 5 years and i kid you not EVERY TIME i come here there is always something going on. you go before going to work at 5am and the workers are SO FREAKING LAZY and filled with attitude? have to wait 20 freaking minutes for one order???? with NO cars. and then they claim they don't know ur order?? then other times takes way longer. One girl currently working there is doing a good job trying her best she has black hair is kinda chubby and little pale! the rest of her team SUCKS they drag her down they are HORRIBLE on top of that they either mess up your order or they take long, attitude OR EVEN ALL 3 AT ONCE Manager needs to be fired along with the other employees! oh man if i could i would definitely leave a 0

I don't understand how this place is still running worst service and food the food quality the worst . Also the "manager Denia " does have the ability of actually taking action as a manger because instead of helping you with the issue she start arguing with you and make the situation worst. I guess different day...different crew...different service. I visited this restaurant yesterday 21 April 2024 at about 1:30PM. I ordered a bacon chicken sandwich with meat, cheese, and bacon, a large frozen drink and a large diet coke. When ordering i made sure to repeat the sandwich three times. When I received my order and checked the sandwich it had meat on a bun. I told the server that, she waved me off and walked away. I drove around and parked and went inside. The server spoke to someone and said "he is inside" the second person looked at me and shouted "we are fixing your sandwich right now." As I waited another customer walked up and asked "they gave you the wrong order right?" I said yes. She said "me too." The server came to the counter and asked me for my recipe to which I gave it to her. The other customer stated that she is still waiting. The server responded "we will be finished with your order in just a minute." The customer said "it is right there on the counter. The server went and got it. By then someone brought my food. This time the sandwich had meat and bacon. I asked about the cheese to which she responded "thats what you asked for" I said please look at the receipt. She looked and said she can't put cheese unless it was a deluxe. I said that I ordered this exact sandwich before with no issues. She responded that "you will have to pay for a deluxe and take off the other items. Please note that all the while she had walked back to the kitchen and was shouting this to me from behind a wall. I simply said thank you and have a good day. I chose not to dispute any longer because I was taking someone to work and did not want them to be late. The last time I was here my experience was completely the opposite. This time was horrendous. It is sad that some workers can be so devoid of customer service and work in the restaurant industry. And this treatment was coming from the manager on duty. This was simply pathetic. So sad...so bad...so sorry.

Worst McDonald's in the city! Always mess up the order and they take forever. This is my neighborhood one so I've been coming here out of convenience, but after my last visit I'm going to drive to another one out of the way so I don't have to wait 45 minutes for food just to be cold and order to be wrong. Also fries are always either light salted or no salt. Only location that does that, idk why been this way for awhile. Bad reviews from 12 years ago, looks like they won't ever fix the problems at this location. Whole staff needs to be booted or retrained.

This service was not very amusing, there were pests running around the place, if I'm being honest there was literally a tampon in the toilet.. then I decided to go to the drive through because I did not want a roach to crawl on me.. as I drove up to the drive through to get my Big Mac meal there was a employee yelling at other staff in the back.. and as I opened my Big Mac meal I saw a big hair ball... and my sauce was half open.. my fries were old and cold.. and the lady that gave me my food refused to remake it.. I do not like this place, someone get head manager because this is not acceptable!!

Only car in drive through and waited for a McGriddle and coffee for 15 min no thanks I left. Let's do better, I was the only car in line and I seen Atleast 3 employees pass the window
