I ordered 1 breakfast sandwich, pick up curbside- should've been simple enough. I selected this location bcs it was on my way home. I went to pick it up, parked in a spot, & put it into the app. But the app glitched & said I hadn't selected a spot & that I had to go through the drive thru or into the store. I had my 2 dogs in the car, in Las Vegas summer heat already near 100* & climbing, so I went through the drive thru. The lady said she couldn't find my order under the # or my name. That's when I noticed the app had changed the location without permission. Still, I was stuck in the drive thru & had to wait to get out. I drove 11 min to that other location & again went through the drive thru. They also said my order was not in the system. I looked & the app had changed locations AGAIN. And again, I was stuck in the drive thru & had to wait to get out. After I drove back 11 min to this location, I went inside, hoping my dogs would be ok as the heat was already nearing 100*. I spoke with 1, then 2, then 3 different women, showing them the order that stated it had not been picked up & that it said THEIR location. I'd taken a picture of the order jic it changed locations again on me. The app was still glitching- when I clicked on past orders, it took me to a Start Order screen. None of them couldn't figure out how to use the app & they couldn't find the order either & apparently HAVE to have the order # to do the order. So they called in their manager. She looked at my order in the app, couldn't figure it out either, then said to check my email (why didn't any1 before her know to look at my email?!)- there was an email proving that I'd paid but it said the other location. Instead of fixing things, she told me to go back to the other location! When I tried to tell her that would be my 4th stop just to pick up a breakfast sandwich, she looked away from me & told the person behind me that they could come up & place their order. She refused to help me- she wouldn't even look at me! Understandably irritated, I drove the 11 min back to the other location & went thru the drive thru again bcs my dogs were too hot when I got back to my car. The lady on the speaker tried to deny me again, saying there was no order matching the # in my email & no orders with my name. Again, she suggested I come into the store, but I was already stuck in the drive thru! She FINALLY admitted that there was an order for my 1 item that didn't have a name or #. (Why didn't the 1st lady check that the 1ST time I was here?!! This order had been sitting there for OVER an hour!! ) So I was FINALLY able to get my breakfast sandwich. From order to finally being able to get my item took almost an HOUR & A HALF!!! 8:45-10:09!! This doesn't even account for the drive time to the 1st location or the increased drive time home from the further location!!! Any manager should've fixed it when I went to the 2nd or 3rd location & explained what was going on. There should be a way to fix things when the app glitches, which according to 1 employee glitches all the time & this is not the 1st time this specific type of glitch has happened, especially when the customer has a picture of the order. The manager at this location was BEYOND RUDE!!! There should be SOME sort of expectation for a manager to help a customer who is going above and beyond in trying to work things out peacefully & politely! Any employee should be able to tell customers that when the app glitches, there should still be an email that'll have their order number. Why don't the public-facing employees know how to use their own app?! And I didn't get a single apology for the HOUR AND A HALF that they and their app WASTED!! That's beyond ridiculous!!

On Friday august 10th 2025 at around 3:30am ], I visited the McDonald's at boulder Highway]. When I order ice cream on the app and it accepted my payment when I got to the front window the employee told me the machine was already closed for the night on its own I didn't stated I understand machines need cleaning, but there was no sign or notice posted about the early closure and the app and the person at the window accepted my order It would be helpful if customers could be informed in advance or if the hours for ice cream availability were consistent. To further find out, she lied and the manager came out and said sorry my employee didn't no longer want to make shakes and ice cream and serve them to me. I want to let you know that this place is full of shit and is lazy that's for the reason we no longer need to hire employees at the minimum wage level they don't even deserve that price.

It's a zero from me. I was inundated with cheerful marketing messages all morning insisting that I go get my free medium fries. I finally gave in and walked to the nearest McDonald's. From first interaction I felt as if I was being financially shamed for utilizing the promotion. The fries were up fast and I walked home. If I had opened them I would have insisted on a replacement order. Cold. Greasy. Undercoooked appearance. Rancid taste. Was this the instruction from the manager?? Is this a personal attack on perceived entitlement by the employees? Whatever it is, it's bad business.

This location is very disgusting!!!!! Avoid this place. Already made a call and sent over pictures to the Health Department because I ordered a sweet tea extra ice, well it didn't come with extra ice and the employee wanted to argue about what I ordered and then finally gave me extra ice in a small cup but in that ice was sludge because they don't clean their ice machine. So gross and disgusting. Hope this place gets shit down. Employees are worthless and can't speak a lick of English and when they mess up on orders they argue with you. Next is a lawyer

If you won't give HONEY PACKETS with your chicken strips/nuggets bc "it's not breakfast time" then maybe just MAYBE take it off as one of the dipping sauces available. Honey mustard is disgusting and this is the first time I've been denied it bc it "wasn't breakfast time" will NEVER order from this McDonald's again. Happened last time also. Well, it's typical that due to high demand they always make a mistake when preparing an order, but the truth is that they put fewer and fewer potatoes in the box. I think they count them like chopsticks when it's time to put it in. On the other hand, it has become expensive and they are also stingy when it comes to giving an order that one pays for a service and a meal that satisfies a customer's need. And the manager, DORA, who seems like an infantry sergeant, is so demanding and bad-tempered when it comes to dealing with people. Give her a stress reliever.

Waited about 20 minutes to order our food in the drive thru and after getting our food and making it back to our hotel we find out that one of the burgers was missing a patty and was super thin & hard like if was sitting there for a while. Fries & chicken nuggets weren't fresh either. Definitely will not be coming back to this location & recommend others to stay away from this location.
