Stopped by this McDonald's around 7:30pm to get our kids an ice cream cone. We used one of the numerous kiosks to order. Love using their app to accumulate points for FREE FOOD. Their treats came out super fast and the worker was friendly. We didn't eat here but there are 2 floors here so plenty of seating.

BUDGET EATS! Thank goodness for McDonald's breakfasts! Came to this location outside Planet Hollywood 3 times over a three-day stay at Planet Hollywood in Vegas. SELF-SERVE KIOSKS They have several (maybe 6?) self serve kiosks (like a giant digital tablet) where you place your order. The machine spits out a receipt with your order number and then you wait for your order to be served at the counter. The manager even stopped by our kiosk one morning to see how we were doing. My elderly mom gave him a piece of her mind, saying she'd rather order in person instead of on these new-fangled machines. Ha ha! SIT UPSTAIRS OR DOWNSTAIRS They have downstairs and upstairs seating. The upstairs is served by stairs or an elevator. My mom and I enjoyed a relaxed breakfast over coffee/tea, egg McMuffins or oatmeal. The oatmeal with toppings is delicious! TRICKY TO FIND The only factor is it's a little tricky to find. You have to go outside of Planet Hollywood/Miracle Mile mall to find it and it's all the way to the end of a line of shops -- it's kind of hidden in a corner. There was some nearby construction going on while we were there that didn't help matters. If you're on a budget while in Las Vegas, I recommend McDonald's.

No McDonalds food is not great. But their spicy McChicken , chicken McCrispy and Filet o Fish are not bad if you're hungry and in a hurry. I don't know what happened to their specialty grilled chicken sandwiches but their fried chicken sandwiches are not bad. And McDonald's fries remain #1 among fast food. Fast friendly service do like the park in designated numbered slot and having the order brought out to the car. The other fast food brands should pick up on that.

Listen, this place is no place to try to make friends. Let me explain. If I am standing there patiently waiting for my order to be made and I have my earpods in, there is no way I want to have a conversation with you. Especially since you were making snide remarks about the ethnicity, sex, and general looks of the employees. I may look like a backwoods person at times, but I definitely don't identify as that. Now, onto the service here. Just so you are aware, the best way to order here is ahead of time on the app. If you do show up at the location you will be directed to used one of the many kiosks inside. Most of those kiosks may not work, but you will still be directed to them. Then you are ushered and corralled like cattle into a very small waiting area. Be aware of your surroundings as you don't want to be backed into a corner and can't get to your order when you number is called. This is where it gets totally messy. Because of the online orders and kiosk orders, there is not rhyme or reason as to when the orders are completed. You may have ordered after the person that was just called, but that doesn't mean the next order is yours. Also, people coming in after you and ordering from the kiosks will be getting their items before you. All I wanted was a quick cheap meal I could take with me. My visit was at the time when they had the cups for purchase. That's the only reason I had come here, I wanted the cup. After a good fifteen minutes for fast food I was out the door. Fortunately my food was correct.

This location always gets my order right every time I do a mobile order or if I go in because I am a plain person my burgers are always plain, but they always do it right! the service here is a McDonald's. What can you do? It's always busy. This place has to be one of the most busier McDonald's due to a lot of tourist.

Took extremely long to deliver my food. They kept adding time to the deliver window. At this point you should let the customer make a decision if they even want the food anymore.

Stopped in a few times over the past few days to grab the kids and grandkids food. The wait times are crazy. I waited 11 minutes for two eggs McMuffins and a milk. It was busy but not overly so.... Maybe 11 people total. But the reason it was frustrating was one employee was standing there in their phone and another was just wiping - and rewiping- counters. Inside is small. Order from kiosk. They call your order. You can sit to eat or to-go.

I arrived here around 12am on a Wednesday night to get some cheap food lol I placed my order via the app at 12:06am. I got a triple cheeseburger and medium fries. The fries were free by using a deal on the app that was free medium friends with purchase of $2 or more. The burger was $4. There was an ample amount of people present but not too crowded. The indoor dining area was closed, which was a bummer. A few of the kiosks were closed but they'd was enough to handle the customers. My food was ready at 12:10pm. I got a bbq sauce for my fries. I only got one, when tho I needed two lol. Many places are picky about sauces, so I tend not to ask for more than what they give, lol. My fries were fresh and my burger was tasty. Since the dining room was closed and my hotel was a little walk away, I ended up stopped at a bus station to finish eating, lol. I did not want to eat cold food, especially since my hotel doesn't have a microwave. Honesty, I have no complaints!

There's a reason this particular McDonald's gets such bad reviews. Everything must be ordered via mobile app or kiosk and you can't trust your order to be correct. We ordered on a busy morning all 3 out of 4 sausage egg McMuffins didn't even have eggs on them.

Convenient location located along the strip after late hours. I ordered on the kiosk given the lack of presence from staff at the register. The service was lacking at this location with staff behind the main register area avoiding giving orders that were on the countertop ready to be handed to customers and taking to customers with unwarranted attitude. Food tastes the same like any other McDonald's. Again, it's a nice location on the strip given a lot of the expensive options that are made available when visiting Vegas.
