Machines are tight Bartenders are slow even when there is hardly any business in here. I'm not a fan of the service here. The snacks or the limited food is a turn-off. Only the flamingo location has it. The ambiance is weird. Like the Red Dragons, or Dotty's, JackPot Joannie's. It's too bright in some areas, too dim in others. Not the layout or the lighting preference for me.

Beth Tony and Laura are great. Even Paul the graveyard bartender is awesome. It's like cheers everyone knows your name. Friendly and enjoyable place to relax and gamble. Highly recommend if in the blue diamond area.

Shitty machines, door bell has been broken for over a year and they won't fix it. They'd rather take your money in 10 minutes or less tho

Came to Lola's on election night,after working the polls, with several of my co-workers. Unfortunately for the bar it was dead. But fortunately for us we had undivided attention from the Laura, our bartender. She was great. They only have bottled beer. Nothing on tap. The beer is inexpensive. It was a nice place to go for a quick drink.

This is a place I go to normally!! I went tonight on the 21 of sept and they had a bartender that was a fill in. I think his name was Luke ! He was amazing ! It was like he had worked there for years. Great personality and so kind. However the machines still suck you can't win at this bar.

Been going to this location since 2013. Seen many bartenders come and go. Went there tonight and was treated like a non human by the bartender Tracey. She has always been fine until another customer said bad things about me. Always ready to accept tips but apparently this customer and her opinions are much more important than I am as a customer. I am hoping management doesn't support this type of behavior. I have many choices where to gamble and unfortunately I chose this place on this night. She should be ashamed of herself and so should you in retaining her as an employee. I have always treated everyone there with respect-employees and patrons and did not deserve this.

Well everything was good at the location of loose Rd and centennial I'm a regular costumer but it was there a drunk girl soooooo annoyed arguing with the bartender the bartender is really nice and she never yeld on the costumer or disrespect but the lady was talking and talking a lot of shit as a costumers we deserve respect and you should not let that girl allowed is insane she was on my nerves

Where is the button for 100 stars? I dropped in on this hidden gem and hit on my first $20! I happily played for 3 hours and Desiree was soo cool. I will come back again and again simply to see her face!

Decided to stop by this gambling hall on the way home tonight. Was not very busy which was fine, and large enough to move around without walking into people sitting at machines. Pretty standard layout here. If you've been to Dotties or to Jackpot Joanie's, this place is very similar. It was smokey even though there weren't many people and there was also a lot of ash trays that needed to be empty. My biggest pet peeve is going to sit down and having ashes all over your machine. Attendant on duty was very nice and apologized, took care right away. Lost $500 and left. Machines seemed a bit tight, but since they are close, will give them another shot.
