My car broke down outside of Vegas during a roadtrip and I need a cheap place for my dog an and I. Usually Motel 6 is basic, but clean. Not this place. Roaches. Roaches everywhere. This place is disgusting. Floors are gross. Walls are gross. Roaches under and behind the furniture and crawling on the walls. Clearly an infestation with multiple generations. Used bandaids on top of the dresser??? Crazy tweakers banging on your door and screaming at random hours. I will say that the woman who checked me in was very nice. I booked two nights, but Im going to skip tomorrow night and spend tonight sleepless because this place gives bed bug vibes... gonna need to purge my stuff before it goes back in my car to get rid of hitch hikers from this place. If there was an option to give negative stars I would give them. Motel 6 is usually at least clean. That's bare minimum. Do. Not. Stay. Here.

I have not gone to this place the one in boulder hwy . They are very nice and wonderful my son stayed with them awhile Bruce, the older sister in graveyard she gave me her name my apologies to her I forget names starts with N. Once I get her name I'll write it down she is awesome as well and very helpful Boulder motel 6 they are all wonderful staff Thank you ..

Unjust Charges and No Accountability - Beware! I normally don't write Yelp reviews, but I've never had an experience quite like the one I had at Motel 6 in Las Vegas (the location that used to be a Howard Johnson) over Labor Day weekend. The day after I checked out, I was shocked to find a $100 charge on my card, supposedly for a broken lamp and ashes on the table. This accusation is completely false. My husband and I did not damage anything, nor did we smoke inside the room. Yes, we do smoke, but we are always respectful and smoke outside. I immediately called the front desk to dispute the charge and requested photo evidence of the supposed damage. I was told I would receive pictures of the broken lamp - which I never got. I called again later that day, and suddenly, no one could connect me with a manager. It's now been six weeks, and still no photos, no explanation, and no follow-up. To add insult to injury, I filed a complaint with Motel 6's corporate office, received a case number, and still - no response. I could have also complained about the two pit bulls that almost bit me, or the three homeless individuals sleeping in the corner of the motel's parking area, just steps from Denny's. But I let that go, understanding the area isn't perfect. What truly bothers me is being falsely accused and charged for something I didn't do. I do recall seeing a crooked lamp on the wall when we arrived, but I didn't report it - I figured this was a low-budget motel and didn't think it was worth mentioning. In hindsight, I should have taken pictures - lesson learned. I'm 60 years old and have never once been accused of damaging a hotel room. This experience was both upsetting and disappointing. I've never dealt with a more unprofessional company when it comes to guest accountability and customer service. Be warned: Take photos, document everything, and don't expect support if something goes wrong. I will never stay at another Motel 6 again.

It was blazing hot when we pulled in. The first room's AC couldn't handle the heat, so i went down and asked to be moved. Avina, the manager, was kind and amazing and immediately switched us to another room. Unfortunately, that AC couldn't handle the heat either. I didn't want to go back a second time, but i did and Avina was awesome again and helped us find a better AC room. The next day, the toilet started leaking, so i had to go down again. This time it was Josie, another amazing human being, that very patiently helped us. We finally got everything squared away, but the Vegas heat was relentless, so we decided to leave early. I let Avina and Josie know, and they completely understood. They helped cancel the rest of our reservation and even credited back for the hot night's we did stay. If it wasn't for those two shining individuals, it would have been a sad stay. But because of Avina and Josie we had a blast before Vegas beat us down and ran us out of town. Thank you Avina! Thank you Josie! We will be back when it's not 110°!

Rooms were nasty, staff is rude and not helpful. Manager is nosy and very rude. Bare minimum when cleaning and Vegas is having a bed bug problem so this is concerning

I really liked staying here. Too bad they have a 28 day limit. It's actually walking distance to the Las Vegas Strip. Of course the motel isn't fancy but the staff was very friendly and professional. They were even really friendly to my new service animal, Dakota .

I booked a trip in March for my stay in July when they were under another property name. Once I arrived, I realized it was not the same hotel I had originally booked with and I was not comfortable with the neighborhood, or the people around the property. I went in and spoke to Chris, who did everything he could to try and assist me in cancelling my reservation, however since I booked online and they changed their property name I couldn't get a refund directly. After calling booking.com and being redirected to call different numbers three times I still have not received my refund. The property also looks NOTHING like it does in the pictures so please be careful if you're planning on staying here. Overall I did not have a good experience with this motel and would not recommend anyone booking for this property.
