I can't say enough good stuff about Mark and the team of drivers that helped us on our most recent trip to Las Vegas. Mark was extremely communicative all throughout the process and I had no doubt that the level of service we'd receive once we arrived would be excellent given the initial touch points with Mark. I would highly recommend this car service for anyone traveling to Las Vegas, especially those traveling with young children who need car seats, like us.

Booked Transportation with this company to pick up my daughter and myself for her 11th birthday and no one showed up for us at the airport. I called the contact number over 45 times back-to-back and no one answered for me. I had to catch a cab to my destination. And even days later no one reached out to me. This company is not legit and is a scam!!!! PLEASE DONT BOOK.

This company does not own any limos - the owner is simply a broker for limo rides. Save your money and call a limo company to order the limo yourself and leave out the middleman. If there is no limo you'll be offered an SUV that is the equivalent of riding in an Uber for what came out to be a 50% markup of a taxi ride (taxi was about $50 from hotel to airport and with no wait - cost of SUV was $95).

My husband and I are still thankful that we had reliable transportation for our wedding day, especially for the reps that helped us prior to and the day of. Stephanie was our point of contact, getting a quote for what we needed, which was 1 limo and 1 bus en route to the ceremony, and another limo and 1 party bus (with bubbly) back to the reception. The quote she also gave us included gratuity for the drivers. About 1 to 2 weeks before the day, she verified details with us and let us know that if we went over our contracted time, they'd just charge extra. I believe it was an additional charge per 30 minutes overage. When it came down to the day, Mark was our main point of contact. I guess you'd classify him as our dispatcher. He was actually texting me the ETA for the limo going to the church, so I was able to group and direct most of my wedding party. When there was a minor hiccup after the ceremony with the limo driver leaving, my husband got it straightened out with Mark -- we had arranged a stop with Stephanie, thus the agreement to pay for any overtime. As for the drivers, they were all good. LOL. No one got sick. The party bus ride wasn't completely chaotic, and the driver did make sure we all got there safely. All the vehicles seemed up to date and clean, so no grudges/gripes.

We have used Mark and his company multiple times while traveling to Las Vegas. He is always very communicative both prior to pickup and after drop-off. Even on the busiest weekends, he makes an effort to meet you upon arrival. Would recommend and will work with Mark again!

Wish I could give 6 stars - Booked a stretch SUV limo for my party through MWTravel Vegas and they my group was NOT disappointed! A beautiful, huge pink escalade limo showed up in true Vegas style, and Mark was such a joy to work with. He made every little detail count, down to chilled champagne in the car at my request, and it showed. I will ALWAYS use MWTravel in Vegas from now on. Thank you, Mark!!

From the first phone call looking for a quote, to the final "thank you" email following the day after our reservation, Mark was the most amazing example of customer service. Rates were UNBEATABLE and to have received the service that we did, I will always be a returning customer and refer anyone I know to MW Travel! Mark went above and beyond to meet my expectations. We had to transport about 45 people to an event from our office to downtown Las Vegas. The bus arrived 15 mins early, left on time and had all of our guests at the venue early as well! We were very pleased with MWTravels! My wife and I traveled out to Vegas to get married. We scheduled transportation to/from the airport. Mark was very attentive and helpful with the scheduling process. The 2 drivers we had were both very personable and professional. Everything was exactly as was advertised and promised. We are traveling back to Vegas in the fall, and will definitely be using MWTravel again for our transportation needs.
