Based on what I had read, I knew this would be a dump. However I was staying over holiday weekend and $150+ for 3 days / 2 nights sounded very reasonable. I could always tell myself that I would not be spending a lot of time in the room. I will start with some positive notes. The price is cheap. The hotel is conveniently located on South Las Vegas Boulevard. It is near a Denny's and an IHOP. Now for the bad aspects... The neighborhood is seedy. While I was waiting for a public bus I saw an altercation between two street walkers and a homeless person who was mentally ill. It was name calling and one of the women picked up rocks and started throwing it at him. Some of the tenants sit in front of their door outside and get loud and use profanity when they speak. This particular room that I am in has not been cleaned in a while. After I left the shower, I walked to the bed in my bare feet. The floor has no carpeting. When I got to the bed, my souls were black. When I wiped them with a wet washcloth, and washcloth looked like it had been used to clean motor oil. I have included pictures of the bathtub. The tub has been painted and the paint is chipped. It also appears to be soiled. There are limited outlets for devices. I have two cell phones plugged into the bathroom and the only other outlet in this room is what connects the TV screen that does not seem to be operable. The room has one chair and it is not the kind that you would use to sit at a desk to write. There is also a raised platform that is surrounded by a mirror. This mirror also is at the side of the bed which means people can watch themselves while they are in bed. Another positive note that I will mention is that the air conditioning was on when I came here and did it is keeping the room quite cool. I also have seen no bugs or rodents. I would not recommend this established to anyone. Oh, I forgot to mention, about the check-in. It is a head shop. At one point I walked by and looked inside just to get the code for the Wi-Fi, and as a proceeded to my room the clerk behind the desk started shouting at me and wanted to know where I thought I was going. I turned around and waved the key in the air. This is not a very professional way to greet people.

So the staff was very friendly but the property is bad. There were so many bugs. One right by the front door. A huge roach in the bathroom. But the worst was unpacking my bag at home there was a very much alive one in my suitcase. I had to go dump it outside and it ran to the shade. I do not recommend this property.

Currently going through legal proceedings "arbitration " to get my reimbursement. 1. I did the polite thing being a mom and pop property. I kindly request a reimbursement. They declined to provide that information to me. 2. I sent an email requesting reimbursement no response from the property. 3. I sent an email to both the booking agent and OYO hotels regarding my experience. The services manager did reach out to me, but has not reached out to update me in the last. These photos do not accurately represent the property. If you need a place to get away away for one day that might be acceptable but for a few nights, that's questionable. I will update in a few weeks.

If interested in sleeping with cockroaches, choose this place. You won't be disappointed. Can't wait to get back to meet the family members. Give them my best if you stay here.

DISGUSTING!! don't fall for the photos online, not only was the room very dirty, the AC was broken in 102+ weather. We even asked if we can exchange rooms since we where dripping in sweat, once getting to the new room it's AC also didn't work and the shower doesn't drain so goodluck if more then one person wanting to shower! we went back to the front desk to request a new room where we met a chinese man giving us attitude and rolling his eyes at us as if we're the ones who messed up the AC and shower drain.

This place needs to be shut down, the carpet was filthy and the bedding looks like it's from the 90s. I didn't even want to step foot in the shower. Then Upon check out we saw a roach and told the front desk and she said that's normal

I'm the kind to Yelp everything before visiting. And I'm also the type to say positive things or not say anything at all. But this place... I regret not doing so this time around. I was just too excited to finally go back to Nevada and enjoy some vacation time with my husband. Not knowing what type of place this was. I wish I could've read these reviews before hand. This place is dirtier than the MOTELS down the street from me( I'm from long beach CA) We were on the "non-smoking" section of the hotel, room smelled like someone had just smoked (cigarettes) in there days before, towel over the smoke alarm. I don't know how house keeping missed that. Sheets and pillows were horrible, rough and so uncomfortable. Every single thing at this place is so outdated and dirty. This place was so upsetting to stay in knowing we spent 400+$ to stay for two nights.

Literally only writing a review because I genuinely don't want anyone else to suffer like I had to. I have incredibly low standards when it comes to hotels, but this one was even below those. This was DIGUSTING. They've gotta be in so many health code violations they'd be shutdown and they need a hazmat crew to sweep the place BAD. It's genuinely disgusting. Roaches, mold, fingerprints everywhere, locations in the ghetto, and the rooms lights wouldn't even turn on. Don't waste your money. Place is probably only good for hookers or if you wanna hide from a shootout on the other block.

Scam!!! Bought online for $13 only to be charged over $350!! Will be filing fraud the elevators r broken showers look nasty and there's a narrow corridor I have to walk to to get to the rooms that say stair case

OYO Oasis Motel Las Vegas I-15 We planned a trip to Vegas and did it with Priceline booking. The images of this hotel are old and misleading, and this location was a dump; we had been hiking all day in the area, and when we were ready to get to the hotel and get cleaned up, we drove up to unsavory people walking the front entrance of this location and the hotel lobby was run down and smelled terrible, they charged you a key deposit. They were very unfriendly. We received the last room on the right side of the parking lot, where they kept all the trash, and it didn't smell good once again. When we pulled up and walked to the door, the doorknob was falling off the door; after entering the room, it smelled inside and was disgusting, and the bathroom was in no better condition than the rest of this hotel. The bed had a sheet (not a fitted sheet, just a sheet), blood stains, and dirt. The current was closed using black duck tape. We walked in and out, returned the keys, and booked a room with Westin Hotel in Lake Mead. We did not use (Priceline, who was less than helpful with this booking) and sided with the hotel, and we had to dispute all charges with my credit card company. Please do not use Priceline. They will not help you, but they will screw you and take your money.
