I've seen so many concerts at The Pearl over the years but realized I've never actually reviewed this fantastic venue! Every show I've attended here has been a great experience from start to finish. The layout of the theater is one of the best in Vegas, no matter where you sit. The views are excellent and the sound is crisp and clear. It's that perfect size where you still feel close to the stage, even from the upper levels. The venue itself is clean, well-designed, and the employees are always friendly and professional. They keep things running smoothly, and it really adds to the overall experience. Whether it's a big name act or a more intimate performance, The Pearl delivers every time. Definitely one of my favorite concert spots in Las Vegas!

Burton Cummnings, his incredible band, and the theater itself were 5+ star. Why the 2-star review? Read on. The homely female usher who walked us to our Section 113 box seats was really friendly. The box was gorgeous, and we had it to ourselves, which felt like a splurge. Before the concert began, an announcement was made that videotaping was disallowed, which was fine with me since I find that distracting. Once underway, I was attempting to take a few pics with my Android. The homely usher began wildly pointing her flashlight in our direction and was screaming "NO VIDEOTAPING!!!!" Believing she must have been attempting to single someone out who was indeed videotaping, I took two more photos. My husband pointed out that it was ME she was trying to stop from taping, so I just put my phone away to keep the peace. The rest of the concert was ruined because I felt like I had been tried and convicted of a crime I did not commit. What's unfortunate is we had planned to provide a nice tip to this usher on our way out for her initial friendliness in seating us. On the way out of the show (at the very beginning of the encore) we attempted to utilize the restrooms that were on the level of our seats. There was a human chain of female ushers shouting that the "RESTROOMS ARE CLOSED!!!" This was an obvious ploy to direct concertgoers back through the casino to use those restrooms instead. What was supposed to be an enjoyable evening out to celebrate a birthday left a terrible taste in our mouths. "Low rent" is what comes to mind when thinking of the flashlight and restroom capers. If that's what the Palms is going for, they are winning.

Several years latter, same performer and a different experience at the Pearl Concert Theater located in The Palms Hotel Casino. The biggest difference from last time was the sound quality. I don't know if this differs because of the artist's sound equipment or because of where you are seated. This time wasn't as painfully loud and didn't have all that distortion. But I note last time I was in the nosebleed seats and this time I was right in the front row. All I know is that I saw the same artist and the sound quality was completely different. This time we sprang for the expensive seats and were middle front row. They didn't smell like last time. The tight seats from last time were ROOMY compared to these seats. When you go to take an airplane and get that middle seat you have more room than what they give you here. It was painful with people on both sides spilling into my seat. I could feel a wallet slicing into me. This was the tightest seating that I have ever experienced anywhere. Once the show began I didn't notice the faults here as much.

First time I have been there. The theatre is beautiful. Easy to go through security, but my tip would be get there early, because the line backs up into the casino area to get in. Staff is helpful to get to your seat . Sound was terrific the night I went. Darius Rucker was the artist. He puts on a great show.

UPDATE 4/12/25: It's been ages since I've last seen a show at the Pearl Concert Theater inside the Palms, so it's time for an update! Kyle and I went to go see Trivium and Bullet for my Valentine on 4/10/25, where both bands are celebrating the 20th anniversary of their respective albums Ascendancy and The Poison. He is a die-hard Trivium fan and did not want to miss this show under any circumstances. Their opening bands were August Burns Red and Sylosi. To help celebrate the anniversary of both albums, they played every song from Ascendancy and The Poison in its' entirely in no particular order, plus one song off a different album as their encore. This was my third time overall seeing both bands and they get so much better with each performance! Getting in and scanning our tickets was easy, but since I haven't been back in so long, it was confusing finding our section, which was located downstairs. Finding our seats was easy and we had an excellent view of the stage. Each time I went to the Pearl, my seats were always in the 300's section, and I find the 200's section to be so much better. One thing that I did not like about the Pearl, however, is the ridiculous price of their water, and I thought Planet Hollywood had the most expensive water at $9. It was $10 for one water bottle here, compared to $5 for a cup of soda. At this point I'd rather drink a soda than a water when I attend a concert. Giving that we live in a state where we saw record-breaking heat last summer, water shouldn't be this expensive.

Attended another great concert here at this venue watching Elvis Costello and The Imposters perform. This venue is great, everything from the stage view and seating to lights and sound. The staff is friendly and professional, and I like the fact they actually have an American Flag handing in the venue. Elvis Costello and The Imposters put on an amazing and entertaining show and we were amazed at how long it went. We kept thinking they were performing their last song for the evening and then they would do another (pretty amazing). Overall, we had another great experience here and will be back in a few weeks to see the Chris Isaak.

The Pearl Theater is a smaller venue which makes it intriguing for concerts where it feels more intimate than your large arena or large concert hall shows. I went to see Stephen Sanchez who has a great voice and I thought this venue should be great for his acoustics. With no bad seat (from what I can see) - I was on a balcony and had a great view. The sound filled the theater and the balance of the instruments was really good. I like the Palms location because parking is easy and as a smaller establishment, no parking is that far from the venue entrance itself.

My friend & I went here on Oct. 11, 2024 for a concert thanks to 1stTIX & Palms. We went to see Carly Pearce. I didn't know who she was but my friend was familiar with her & we wanted a night out. Checking in was quick & easy. Staff was nice. The theater is small & intimate. Seats were comfy & we weren't far from the stage. They do have TV screens up above for those who may not have good seating. Sound was good. We hit up the bar & Keith H. was our bartender. He was fun & friendly. We got vodka drinks that were tasty. I had to use the ladies bathroom which was clean & no lines. It was easy to get out of the theater once the concert was over. I'd definitely come here again for any future concerts. We had a great night, thank you!

First time at Pearl Concert Theater! Was excited to enjoy a performance by Babyface after seeing an interview on the news for this venue. Would rate 4.5 stars because there is always room for improvement. The show started on time. There were elevators available and large bathrooms that easily accommodated large wheelchairs. The staff were helpful providing directions to seats. Beverages snacks and merchandise were available to purchase. The venue was a great size. The acoustics were amazing. Temperature was comfortable. Great view from our seats. Chairs comfortable. I definitely look forward to attending future performances at this comfortably intimate concert setting.
