I am a chauffer as well last night about 7pm I was dropping at the Sphere some clients and their was 2 of these SUV parked in the area I was told we was to drop at the 2 chauffer s was talking to one another I asked them if they could park so that other people could drop off there. They told me they own that space and I was nothing but garbage for talking to them and continued to belittle me in front of the clients told me to be more professional when neither on was acting professional I got paid and wished my clients a good night and enjoy the show while one of the drivers went and got security and claimed he was going to get me 86th from the property and told me I was garbage a piece of shit and to get the fuck out of there. Made me extremely angry. This is no way the type of attitude that any driver should have especially in front of any clients regardless of it. The sphere keeps changing the drop location therefore I dont intend on taking anymore clients to them. But I would never recommend your company to anyone and will go out of my way in the future to make sure they do not get any calls or buisness from me or anyone that I know. Because of the way this person treated me in front of my clients, the security and the other driver. I hope your company looses business if this is the way your driver acts towards your clients.

I highly recommend booking this company for your transportation needs if you're visiting the Las Vegas, NV area. It was easy to book, and very affordable! My pick up driver from the airport was Jerry and my drop off driver was Kyle. Both gentlemen were super friendly and professional. They dropped me off at my destinations in a timely fashion. It was my first time visiting Las Vegas, and Jerry met me at the baggage claim belt to help me with my bags. It took forever for my bags to arrive, but that was not a problem for Jerry. He shared with me where to eat and what things to check out while I was in town. On the way to my hotel he showed me a number of landmark items along the way! He was awesome! Finally! I found a reasonably priced professional car service for airport transfers. I booked my reservation online after reading the Yelp reviews. Shortly after booking, I received a call from PSS confirming my booking. I accidentally booked a 12 person SUV, and we changed it over the phone to a standard SUV. My driver Lucas texted me to let me know when he arrived and he told me what carousel number my baggage would arrive. He was there waiting for me and helped me with my luggage. Friendly, professional, fairly priced, and excellent service. Thanks PSS! (Booking my next trip now.)

We have been using PSS since we moved here several years ago. ALWAYS on-time, clean cars, and professional drivers who are also fun people to meet and chat with. No games when it comes to pricing like another company we used - well sorry took too long for your bag to come off so we exceeded the time and now you have to pay an extra $XX. Peder and Ryan are 2 we've had multiple times but all are great.

Terrible service, I booked one ride from one hotel to another, and they charged me for 4 hours. Absolutely ridiculous. Customer service is terrible, highway robbery, they over charge. DO NOT USE, once they have your credit card they charge what they want without even notifying you. I will NEVER use again.

We had a pick up to and from the airport to our place of stay when we were in Las Vegas. Both drivers, Michael Kipnis and Steve Finn were fantastic! Would I recommend this company? Absolutely!! I would even ask for these drivers! If we ever come back to Las Vegas, I will definately use their service again. Friendly, professional, reliable. Better than calling and waiting for Uber. They waited for our luggage with us and took it to their vehicle for us. Super company. Highly recommend!!!

I cannot recommend this company enough-I have used them over ten years to get to and from airport or pick up family if I am unable to make the airport pickup! They offer great transportation with professional drivers. Their communication methods make this business just such a joy to be able to use.
