Popeyes ran out of chicken!? Came hungry, waited in line and as I got to the front to order, I'm told there literally is no more chicken available... Why not be courteous and let people know ahead of time not after they've waited 20 minutes while extremely hungry. I'm 100% a fan of Popeyes and never have an issue... This location needs to improve... Nobody comes to Popeyes to order just bean, rice and biscuits - right!?

This is definitely the worst Popeyes I've ever been to. Started from a long line and There's no staff taking the order. After a while, the cashier finally showed up and took an order in a rude manner. Her name is Kristian and didn't even give me a receipt basically just left after taking the order. When my order is out, I'm asking for plastic bag and she laughed at me to her coworkers in a sarcastic way. The worst service ever. The spicy chicken is very salty. Wouldn't recommend this place but I hope they can improve the service so it's more pleasant to the customers.

Disappointed Recently visited Vegas and stayed at Excalibur. My mom decided on Popeyes. Now in previous years, Popeyes was THE busiest in the food court. However, things have changed. The biggest change - they only serve chicken sandwiches, boneless chicken wings, & chicken strips. So if you wanted a breast & wing -- they no longer serve pieces of chicken like that. Whomever made that decision, made a big mistake.

This place must be horrible!! I ordered doordash from this location and it's taking them so long to prepare a large red beans and rice that one dasher already cancelled and moved on. It's literally coming up on 90 mins and still don't have the order ready!! It's going to be well over 90 mins by the time it gets here, if I even get the order. Buyer beware!!

The employees were incredibly rude. My wife asked the cashier to repeat himself because there's a lot of ambient noise and she's hard of hearing. The employee literally rolled his eyes at us and acted like he was being inconvenienced with everything we asked for, which was just regular menu items. I asked to add an item while he was filling the soda and he rolled his eyes like "seriously, another item"? I've never had an employee be so rude to me before, I don't normally leave reviews like this, but the service was completely unacceptable. If you don't like your job that much, just quit. Avoid this place in the food court, there's better places to go, places where the employees at the bare minimum *pretend* to not hate life.

Terrible Service. I Asked For Fries And Got Mashed Potatoes And Gravy but if you look it's actually Mac N Cheese. They totally messed up royally!!! I'd rather get a refund and take this all back but my trip was so far walking with a kid and had 2 other orders from other restaurants it wouldn't be worth it. Why the heck are these people unable to check orders??? All you have to do is confirm what you're giving the customer it's not difficult to do. Pure laziness if you don't and straight up don't care. DO NOT go here at all!!!! Save yourself the trouble and pick ANYWHERE else to eat.
